I recently visited Baekcheol Lee, F.N.P.'s office and was blown away by the kindness and care I received from both Dr. Lee and his entire staff. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Lee was incredibly attentive to my needs and concerns and made sure that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The nurses and receptionists were also top-notch, providing excellent service and assistance with anything I needed. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor and team, and I would highly recommend Dr. Lee's office to anyone looking for exceptional healthcare with a personal touch. Horrible practice that only caters to Korean patients. Communication is spotty, doctors don't know how to handle cases outside their comfort zones, frequently told don't know what to do medically. Isn't it their job to know or find out?! Still treating COVID-19 in Sept 2023 like we are still in an emergency state. Will not allow patients into the office who haven't received a negative home test. Stay clear of this practice! If i could rate them a 0, I would.

As a result, they dont accept United health care any more. I had an appointment with Dr. Baekchul Lee on last Friday. However I received a call from there a week before and he quited his job and is that ok to change the doctor and time. I agreed and had to do blood test, I fast for 12 hrs. I went there on time and my insurance has changed from Blue cross to United on March. So I gave the new insurance card. However they said they dont accept the united health any more. Only for old patients before they decided not to carry. If they were asking when they called me reschedule, I dont need to waste my time. Also, my high blood pressure drug is running out. I am in trouble now.

I found Dr. Lee a couple months ago for my mom. He is very patient and explains everything so that mom understands. What I really like about Dr. Lee is I do not speak Korean but he takes the time to explain everything to me in English and then explain it to my mom in Korean.

I got COVID19 positive result. Dr. Lee kindly made me an appointment and discussed with me about the symptoms. He prescribed medicine for me and I can get them immediately. Thank you for your sincere consideration of patient.

Dr. Lee is nice and attentive but staff are unprofessional. I was told to make a follow up appt for my lab results without providing more detailed information. The receptionist didn’t tell me that I can see my blood test results on the Kareo Patient Portal. She should’ve provided options for patient to choose between a self service (free) vs. telehealth ($ same as in person appt). I could’ve simply logged into my account and not pay $ for a 5 min consultation. I wasn’t even aware that there was a way to get my medical test results online. If I had known better, I could’ve not paid extra $ and time. *Unless you have severe symptoms or wish to consult with Dr. Lee, don’t be fooled to make a follow up appt. Check online instead and save money.
