This was my third laser appointment, and I continue to come back because the experience is consistently top tier. This visit, I had the pleasure of working with a new nurse, Jennifer A, along with Nurse Suong, and they were both incredible. The service was seamless, professional, and efficient while still feeling personal and elevated. I was in and out with zero stress and reminded once again why this med spa is my go to. I’ve been coming here on and off since I was 24 (when I was living in other areas I went elsewhere out of necessity). The front staff is communicative and accommodating. Both injectors are wonderful, too. They take their time and explain exactly what they’re doing, and they also err on the more cautious side so as not to overdo it, which is very important to me as I prefer a natural look. This past time, they got me in quickly for a touch up I needed before my wedding, which is in just a week. They were generous and went above and beyond. Their care and customer service ended up offsetting another really poor experience I had at a separate place as part of my bridal prep, and I’m grateful I have a place I can return to (and rely on) time and time again!
