Schweiger Dermatology Group - Rochester

They were easy to make an appointment no waiting around, and the doctor went above and beyond what I requested

My family usually sees Dermatology associates of Rochester but they never answer the phone or call people back so I found this office that had a new location near me (Union Street). I called the phone number associated with the location (Union Street, Rochester) just to reach a rude man with an Indian accent telling me that I’m calling a Brighton location. He told me "here’s the phone number for the location on Clinton Ave" and I told him I’m not going to that location because it’s far from me. That’s why I thought I was calling Union Street? He was short and abrasive, insisting that "well I gave you the phone number for the Rochester location!" But couldn’t understand when I kept explaining to him that they have more than 1 Rochester location and the phone number on Google is wrong because it lists the Union St address but calls the Brighton one. I just ended up hanging up. If front desk staff are this incompetent, I don’t trust the medical care. EDIT: Their office sending everyone the same robotic reply solidifies my decision to not go here. I’ll stick with our usual office after all.

I have tried to make an appointment for a medical dermatology visit. I have been going to this establishment for 20 years and now since it’s changed hands, I can’t even get an appointment via their new electronic system. I’ve left several messages over two weeks with no callbacks. I am faced with trying to find a new Provider. It is a shame that Dr has always been good to me, but I cannot afford to continue to waste time for an appointment. Obviously they don’t want your business.

My Dr is great. Reception staff are great. The billing service charged me a $4.94 "Delivery Fee" for the privilege of paying me bill, online and on time. 100% BS. Schweiger will ruin this practice.

Dr. Wojciechowski excels in his profession. He also has a gentle demeanor which takes the stress out of going to the doctors for me. I went to his practice a handful of years ago and the office staff as well as his nurse were not pleasant which was a huge turn off for me. This visit was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I’m glad I went back.

I’ve had a great experience with the 2 dr’s my family has seen. Dr. Holm most recently for my daughter and I’ve seen Dr. W for years… 5 stars for both of them. The office staff has been beyond rude lacking any customer service skills and plan to drop the practice after my daughter finishes up with current treatment. Do not start with this office new.

They shouldn't be mixing up patients information with anyone else information at the front checkin stuff like that is not amusing not funny at all
