RRH Dermatology & Mohs Surgery

This place is awful, my son had an appointment at 930, I called twice and was told there was a 15 minute grace period I get there 12 minutes late because there is a blizzard outside but still within the 15 minute grace period. And the provider Sarah still refused to see my soon who's skin is literally bleeding, so I called back to speak witha supervisor and still was told that there is a grace period..This place SUCKS

Always on time (no waiting). Medical providers are friendly, kind, caring angels. You will: be respected and well taken care of; feel safe and valued as a patient.

Frustrated I have an issue which could be Basel Cell, which I have had before, and was told I couldn't see anyone for over a month. Told I have to stay with the doctor I normally see, not anyone else. i sure don't want to wait that long to be checked out!!! Will be calling again and again until they get sick of me!

I have always had a good experience at this practice. But not too long ago I had an appointment there and the physician's assistant came in, introduced herself, and without saying any more, decided on my diagnosis and quickly left the room within not more than 10 minutes. I felt like a lab animal. At another visit, the diagnosis was given to me, but when I went to look in the PA's notes, I could not find any such diagnosis. I needed it for a form I was filling out, and had to go through this whole big thing messaging the PA who didn't respond (but the nurse responded), and the nurse had to ask the PA about the lack of notes. This practice has remodeled their check-in area, complete with automatic check-in machines , so it all feels very impersonal now.

I had a great experience with Dr. Vinelli and all the staff at this location. I was pretty worried as i had to have surgery done to the eyelid. I will update once my wound heals as i just had it done, but was pleased with how nice they all were!

Unethical Billing Practices - I scheduled a routine visit. The appointment was at the Hagen Drive Office. No equipment of any kind was used. I didn't even see a doctor, I saw a Physician's Assistant who I was led to believe was a doctor. Then I was billed for hospital outpatient services, rather than a specialist visit. The hospital services will cost me more than three times what my cost for a specialist visit would be. 🙁

I normally never share a negative review but today I am. I’m very disappointed with the customer service from the receptionist at this facility. Upon my scheduled visit I pre checked myself in through the app. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early and decided to check myself in at the kiosk to "make sure" I was checked in. When prompted to check in the machine asks you to make a payment so I went ahead and made one. The machine prints out a receipt and closes our session. Ok. I’m checked in. So I thought. I walked over to the dermatology receptionist and the woman opens the window to help. I asked her if I needed to check in with her and she asked if I did it at the kiosk. I told her I checked in on the app and the kiosk. She told me to go sit down and wait for them to call me. Well…. 15 people and 45 minutes later I walked back up to the same receptionist and asked her when I was going to be seen. She asked me for my name and then stated I wasn’t checked in. Now, if this woman would have made sure the 1st time I walked up to her and just did a courtesy check I wouldn’t be writing this review. Maybe she could have just went the extra mile to check but instead she didn’t care to.
