Dr Francis is simply the best. So good at what she does (she’s probably saved my life a dozen times…) and such great company when you’re there. I actually look forward to my many appointments. Just love her.

This place is amazing! Dr. Leve is my favorite doctor I have ever had. I wish she was my doctor for everything. She is extremely attentive and so genuine. She always thoughtfully inquires about my life -remembering details and specifics. The only doctor I see who does this!!! I enjoy seeing her and trust her. I have seen other doctors here too and they are wonderful as well. The nurses and online portal respond rapidly to inquiries. The patient service here should be a model for all medical practices.

I needed to see Dr. Leve quickly and was able to get an appointment for next day. She addressed my condition and prescribed the needed medications. Dr.Leve and her team are always pleasant and genuinely caring, I never feel like I’m being rushed. Highly recommend..

It started with the receptionist at the check-in desk . . . . excellent service, that is. She was very courteous, upbeat and conversational as I had to render my new insurance card and drivers license for the her to scan. The assistant who escorted me to the examination room and took my information listened to all of my explanation/details of what was bothering me with no interrupting. She answered my questions. She then excused herself and informed me that the doctor would be in shortly . The doctor was very personable, listened to my details, examined me, and offered advice and suggestions with a mannerism that conveyed to me " no rush, I'm listening and interested" including some laughable moments. Checkout was easy and the individual was courteous and helpful with all my questions and in booking my next appointment. I didn't feel rushed or that I was needlessly bothering them This is a great practice from my viewpoint, and would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I have been going to Pam Levy for 12 years. Pam was recommended by a friend. We are 79 years old wish we found out about her earlier. Very professional smiles a lot and takes time and listens to what you have to says Pam enjoys her job. I highly recommend her to take care of your needs.

The staff and doctors at BP Dermatology are fantastic. Anyone who answers the phone is positive and helpful. They always help get me to the right person for answers or appointments. Dr. Francis (and other doctors I’ve seen before) is thorough, patient and receptive. She (they) goes above and beyond. Even messaging through the portal/app after hours to ensure I was receiving a proper diagnosis. As with most doctors offices today, appointments are booked out well in advance, but again when it came down to it, I was well cared for. I even got to meet the new PA who was delightful and insightful. Can’t say enough good about this practice. Molly

Dr. Routhouska is very easy to talk to. She seems truly interested in my questions and answers them easily. The reception area is very efficient. The nurse who checks you in is pleasant and efficient too. There is never a long wait to see the doctor. I highly recommend this dermatology office.
