Such an excellent experience getting Botox with Penny at Bad Skin. Her space is nice and clean and located in a great area. The entire experience was great. She is so knowledgeable and informative for my many questions. She has such a light touch, I had minimal pain at the injection and also had fairly quick results. It’s been over 1 month and my results still look fresh. Also impressed by the competitive price per unit with the skill behind it. Highly recommend. Thanks Penny!

I loved going to see Penny at bad skin! I was able to quickly make an appointment online for injections, and I received helpful text reminders prior to the appointment. There was plenty of parking available and her office was easy to find. Penny is extremely personable, a great communicator, and very knowledgeable. During our appointment she consulted with me on what has or hasn’t worked for me in the past, customized a game plan for my specific skin requirements, administered the injections using evidence based techniques, and cultivated a non-judgmental environment that felt more like I was getting lunch with a friend. Penny is a baddie and her personality, skill, and affordable pricing has definitely won me over 🙂 (I’m always suspicious of businesses that have perfect ratings, but hers are well-deserved. There was no pressure to leave a review; I just felt inspired to 😂)

Penny is knowledgable, professional, and easy to talk to! She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. She was also great at recommending treatment based on my skin and what she thought would be best for me. 10/10 would recommend!

Penny is amazing and professional during the two times I came to her for procedures of Kybella and sun spots treatment. She was patient, gave me all the info needed to make informed decisions on the treatments and aftercare instructions. I already see fantastic results and can't wait to see more as time passes by. My double chin has shrunk so much after just 3 weeks due to the Kybella, all thanks to her methodical injections. I'm happy to have found her. She has a wonderful personality as well. I feel very comfortable around her and confident in her approaches to my issues. I am already scheduled for other sessions with her.

5 stars all around! Penny is knowledgeable and really listens to your skin concerns. I loved talking her through my skin issues and she was so helpful. I also got botox done with Penny and loved that she was able to distribute the units where I wanted - face looks so good but not frozen, just how i wanted! I can't recommend her enough!
