The worse of the worse clinic in the Bay Area! Good luck when you call the wait is over 30 minutes minimum Every time no exception. Staff are rude Unprofessional and never follow up with patients. They are Extremely un organise When visiting the facility The wait is Ridiculously Long and when you are seen by the Dr he or she Rishes you and hardly spends time with a patient ! Pathetic Clinic I do NOT Recommend to my Enemies!

Stay away from this place unless you want to wait months and months for an appointment, they will leave a message or give you incorrect information about appointment with doctors. They changed 1 health class 3 times "due to family emergency" really all three times… same appointment, and the aOBGYN is the worst you’ll die before they take care of you!!!!

I am furious with this place. I was recovering from surgery, a torn miniscus that was very much needed cause I could barely walk. I felt like a million bucks after my surgery. I still had some stiffness and waited 3 whole months to see Enrique Diaz, at Fair Oaks on Middlefield Rd Redwood City because that place only has one physical therapist. On February 22, this year I seen him and put my trust in him. Usually a pt measures your flexibility and gives you exercises. He said my bones had to be reset. Something about the fibula and tibia bones and then applied blunt force pressure on my recovering knee, pressing so hard bending the knee backwards, I had to tell him twice to stop. I felt a pull in my back. That night, my neck was hurting that extended to my shoulder and down my arm with numbness. I couldn't put full weight on my foot, lower back hurt. My whole left leg hurt, swollen from inflammation. I got an appointment for my pain and the dr didn't address my concerns, spent whole time reading notes on computer, and never examined me. I called again because I wanted a thorough exam and Fair Oaks refused to see me. I have been to emergency room by ambulance to rule out a blood clot, and this order was from Dignity go Health. I have talked to Meghan Byrne from Fair Oaks, pcp, addressing my concerns about my neck and she has done nothing. An on going back and forth with her trying to get her to order cpap supplies and she refused. She wouldn't even sign my plaquard. I had to get another facility to fill it out. orthopedic surgeon prescribed anti-inflammatory meds and dignity go health gave me muscle relaxer and those two seemed the only ones addressing my pain. Fair Oaks did nothing for me. I'm not back to normal. I still have pain and more xrays. One of my visits to Fair Oaks after Enrique Diaz re-injured me I was on crutches. He was curious as to why. I told him I am working with Department of Rehabilitation about going back to work and now I cant.

Look, everyone says they are unprofessional but if anything they're more than likely stressed, understaffed, and underpaid. I've literally called from 3 different phones at the same time, and have been on hold for more than 30 minutes every time I need to make an appointment. I feel sorry for the staff because they're dealing with gross, sickly, and irate people which in turn causes them to be a bit more unempathetic each time. I've never had an issues with my doctor(s) but always when it comes to attempt to make an appointment. I hope the administrative services can enact ways to better improve the quality of scheduling, but since they're getting money either way they most likely won't. So screw those guys.

It took a month from the time i called to set up an appointment to even talk to a Doctor. I was called 3 separate times on the day before my appointment (while i was working) to confirm the same information to 3 different staff members. Pure incompetence.... While the appointment itself wasn’t a negative experience, when i went to the facility to get my labs done, both the receptionist and nurse taking my blood were extremely checked out, impersonal and frankly rude. I was also supposedly prescribed medication by the doctor and the pharmacy (that i confirmed 3 time during my appointment confirmation) has no record of the prescription. This experience has added to my already negative feelings about going to health care facilities. Everyone I interacted with at this facility needs to go through some emotional intelligence training and realize that a huge part of their job is making the patients feel calm and cared for. 0 out of 10.

I have been calling every day on hold for more than 20 minutes (possibly longer but I'll be fair). Finally! Someone picks up after a long period of waiting qnd she says I can't schedule an appointment because they are fully booked and to call In September. I asked her why they don't pick up the phone and explained that I've waited a long time and she said they are understaffed and she's the only one working today and tomorrow and that's how it's been. This is horrible service and I'm really upset that my daughter needs to wait who knows how long until they are open to see her. I will call her insurance to switch clinics because this is unacceptable.
