This wellness spa in a true gem close to downtown RWC! I went there for the very first time yesterday and joined a Sound Healing, Breathwork and Reiki event with Jen. What a treat! The 1 hour session took place in their Himalayan Salt Room which was the perfect setting. It's a beautiful room with 8 comfortable chairs to relax and heal. Jen was very welcoming and explained everything before she began with her session so that everyone was comfortable and relaxed. After the event Natascha was so kind and took the time to give me a private tour of their wellness spa and explained every treatment they offer very detailed and understandable. The spa is beautifully designed, extremely clean and welcoming and I can highly recommend their service. I will be back soon. They have an open house every first Thursday evening of the month (pl. see website). You may check it out and spread the word if you enjoyed their service as much as I did. Thank you so much for this experience SoliVana Wellness Spa Team. I'll be back. Add on: Yesterday I had my first Fire and Ice session and had a lovely experience. The room was nicely prepared for me and everyone was very welcoming. However, so saw a black hair floating in the ice bath and didn’t use it as planned. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it because everyone put a lot of effort to make it a great experience. But I still want to mention it, so that they double check that this doesn’t happen again. I will come back - a hair can’t stop me from this. I only wish the session would be 1 hour instead 45 min. With getting ready, shower, switching between sauna and the ice water it seems quite short and I felt a bit rushed at the end of the session. Hopefully, this might be considered for the future. Thank you. I love coming back and will. Add on: Today I had another Fire and Ice session and I had an absolute amazing experience. The service was excellent and my room sparkling clean. I felt recharged when I left and will be back soon. Thank you for bringing such a cool place to rewind to RWC.
I recently visited SoliVana Wellness and truly appreciated the experience. What stands out is that they don’t just offer float therapy — they understand its value. Especially for women like me, 50+, navigating hormonal shifts, stress, anxiety, and sleep challenges. Float therapy isn’t a luxury. For many of us, it’s part of nervous system regulation. And at SoliVana, you can feel that they genuinely understand that. The space is calm, clean, and intentional. The team is professional, kind, and respectful. I felt safe, supported, and restored. Highly recommend for anyone looking not just for relaxation, but real nervous system care.
It was very pleasant sanctuary to unwind and rebalance myself. I came here with a girlfriend who needed some unwinding before she starts her full time job, it was a great place for bonding and decompression. We tried the float and it was my first time experiencing the float tank. They put Epsom salt and that is healing for my joints. We also did the halo-therapy which was great as it was nice to feel the salts underneath my toes, that was grounding. Lastly, we did the red light therapy which was nice to help with my circadium rhythm for sleep. I've had trouble sleeping and that night I fell asleep smoothly. The service was super attentive and informative with healing frequencies. I would definitely go back here again!
I visited Solivana Wellness Spa in Redwood City after receiving a gift certificate and wanted to briefly see the facility before scheduling any services. When I arrived, there was a woman seated and working on a laptop who did not identify herself or her role. When I mentioned the gift certificate and asked if I could take a quick look around, her facial expression and body language immediately shifted. Rather than appearing welcoming or neutral, she looked surprised and uncomfortable, which made the interaction feel awkward and uninviting. I then asked a few basic questions about cleaning and sanitation practices. Given that many spa services involve shared equipment and multiple guests, I believe these are reasonable and expected questions. Her facial expressions and tone suggested irritation or defensiveness, as if the questions were inappropriate. This reaction was concerning and did not provide reassurance about the services being offered. In a wellness setting, communication extends beyond words. Facial expressions, tone, and body language all contribute to how safe and welcomed a client feels. Unfortunately, this initial interaction felt guarded rather than informative. Constructive feedback: clearer communication, a welcoming demeanor, and greater awareness of facial expressions would significantly improve the client experience. First impressions matter, and approachability is just as important as the services themselves.
I had such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at SoliVana Wellness Spa! I tried the Halotherapy Salt Room, Red Light Therapy, and Float Therapy I especially loved the salt room, it wasn’t heated, which I really appreciated, and I noticed it helped clear up my allergies. The Red Light Therapy left me feeling energized, and the Float Therapy was such a cool, calming experience. I actually fell asleep mid-session! The space is super clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe is peaceful and inviting. You can tell they’ve really curated the space to be a sanctuary for the overstimulated. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a wellness reset in the Bay Area!
My husband and I had such a beautiful time at SoliVana! We did the Fire & Ice room with an infrared sauna and cold plunge- WOW! It changed us. Natasha was SO personable and inviting- she even gave us a tour of the salt room! I would definitely recommend this experience, the whole thing felt so natural and pleasant.
What an incredible experience! A friend gave me a float gift certificate for SoliVana and I had a relaxing getaway from the stress of daily life. It was my first time floating, and Natasha walked me through exactly what to expect. The Wellness center is beautiful and has a calming vibe as soon as you walk in. Everything was pristinely clean and both Natasha and one other staff member I interacted with were very friendly and inviting. I will definitely be going back! 🙂
