The office was very busy, but all the staff was still very pleasant. Not a long wait for the Dr. She attended to/looked at all my concerns and actually gave me a shot to stop some new itching! Totally successful. I have always liked their care and professionalism.

I was extremely disappointed at my recent visit. I came in for an annual screening and Dr. Chang asked me what I was concerned about and did not bother to look me over to see if I missed something. I expected her to tell me what I should be concerned about! There are areas that I don’t see! She was in the room for about 5 min. and left. Her student nurse came in and tested a few spots. I left the room but remembered I forgot to ask her a question. She came back in the room and was very rude and condescending. It will be the last time I go to see her!!!

The folks scheduled my appointment quickly and conveniently. I was treated with a smiling welcome. Dr. Chang is friendly and very willing to answer questions.

Dr Chang is a top-notch dermatology provider. She provides excellent service and I count myself as a very satisfied patient. Her staff are also very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to continuing my treatments with TLC Dermatology.

Dr. Chang and staff were professional, polite and friendly from making my appointment to my first visit. I was nervous as it was my first appointment but Dr. Chang listened to my concerns and was wonderful.

It’s almost as if she was walking backwards to the door while I was still asking her questions. Minimal time on consultation and poor bedside manners. Should not have even accepted my referral given her adverse reaction and redirection. ALSO. For any complaints about unexpected costs. Do not forget about the no surprise act.

Everyone was friendly. The music was nice, not too loud and not too soft. The Dr was interested in me and my skin offering helpful suggestions.
