Staff members were friendly, professional and efficient. The synchronization of staff with Dr. Kraffert was comforting and made things move quickly and efficiently. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns without being dismissive. After that, it’s all business. I like him and would recommend his office for health and beauty. Thanks again Doc.

Absolutely amazing. Had an allergic reaction on my skin with an appointment three weeks out they saw me the very next morning at 8:30, unbelievable. Everyone from start to finish was the most kind, professional people I have dealt with. Felt confident in my care..

Dr Kraffert and his team were very efficient and professional while still being friendly and putting me at ease. Dr Kraffert has a great sense of humor, which many doctors don't. He explained very clearly how to use the medication and his nurse reiterated, which is important to me as I don't always get it the first time...LOL! I recommend Dr Kraffert and his team very highly.

At first I was skeptical on the care level by the way the reception lady was snappy over the online portal didn’t save my information. I had to fill out 8 pages of paperwork that I know I completed online. It was is or what it is. After completion of the paperwork the other receptionist was cheer full and explained it happens sometimes. It worked out cause the nurse called me back at that same time I was talking to the nice receptionist. Doctor was funny. I’m a Marine Veteran and he engaged right off the bat. He acknowledged me and I repeated with a "yes sir". Come to find out Karla was no more than a "monkey bump". I told him I play video games on my free time and him and I discussed the cheaters in COD and Battlefield 6. I told him I play Redsec which is EA version of COD Warzone. Anyways he made some money impression stick some cortisol in ole Karla, I named my bump thinking it was cancer, sent me on my way with a fallow up in March. Oh I failed to mention they got me in over two months early!!! Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a Doctor. Keep up the great work Doctor Kraffert maybe I’ll see you in REDSEC! Semper Fi!

I was Extremely Impressed with Every aspect of my visit With CK Dermatology. The Staff was Great, Very Friendly from start to Finish. The Good Doctor Kraffert showed True Care and Compassion. The information was Not easy to receive but, the Empathy He Showed Helped me More than words can adequately express!! I Know without any doubt that GOD put me in The Best place to take Care of my situation!! Thank You 🙏 Additionally, the After Care i have received since my Mohs procedure is Amazing!!!! Back in the late 1990s I went to 2 to 3 other doctors who couldn’t make a proper diagnosis on a very painful unusual skin condition ~ Doctor Kraffert Walked into the room & within seconds, glancing at me made an immediate Diagnosis plus the medicine he prescribed immediately healed me! Many years have passed yet I remembered his brilliance so when Dr. Kingsley was concerned about possible cancer I immediately decided to where I had seen brilliance in the past firsthand! I’m Currently very impressed with the kindliness & professionalism with an immediate proper diagnosis & treatment plus very surprised at a line of incredible beauty products for the skin the doctor has created ~ natural & holistic~ very pleased and highly recommend Dr. Kraffert!

We have been going to Dr Kraffert for over 25 years. His office staff is always professional and kind! So very grateful for that as I know it’s not easy to always do! My husband and I always enjoy our visit with Dr. Kraffert. He’s always good for a laugh or two !
