CK Derm | Redding

Happy to have found CK Derm. Recently relocated to area and was looking to establish with local providers. The experience, from the in-take call through to scheduling and the visit itself was smooth, efficient and helpful. I’m very much looking forward to continuing with this practice.

This review is for Whitney. I had an appointment with her to address an abnormal mole I was concerned about. I explained to her that my mole was growing, scabbing, and multicolored. She barely glanced at it and dismissed it quickly. My appointment with her did not give me any relief since she barely looked at it, so I scheduled another one with a different provider, Justin, who looked at it under a microscope and cut it off for a biopsy. It came back as positive for basal cell carcinoma. I am thankful I was persistent and didn't trust Whitney. I feel that she did not give proper care, and I worry about other patients who come to her with concerns about skin cancer, who are probably dismissed like I was. I would book an appointment with a provider other than her if you are going in for a skin cancer check.

I called to make an appointment 12/16/25 around 820am and Customer service is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I will take my money elsewhere and let everyone who I know to AVOID this office. Employee who I spoke to on the phone has POOR customer service training.

Got a couple moles removed and Aseel & Nalhin were beyond amazing calming my nerves and guiding me through the process! 100/10 🤩

Just wonderful. Made me feel. As if we were sitting down to dinner with family. I can't say anything that would top this.go see him even if you just want to talk.

Went twice for a wart removal that was being stubborn. After freezing it both times it did not work. i went back a third time and was told by the doctor, "well i dont know what to do then sorry." and was sent away. How can you even have a medical license with an attitude like that.
