I cannot speak enough praises about this practice! I wish every doctor office (PCP, etc.) was like this. She’s so thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and not out for the money. You can easily tell she cares about people and their skin and their health and that she’s using her passion & knowledge to help others. I had put off going to a dermatologist after 2 rushed visits to waters edge where they barely looked at me, but charged me to freeze off "imperfections" then push a bunch of very expensive products on me. I feel very safe and protected here. The only down side is that she is only helping my husband and I with our skin and now our whole health haha. And that they don’t take pediatrics younger than 12 I believe. But that’s just me being funny. She and her receptionist, Kim, are top notch, in a world where medical professionalism, or really any professionalism or customer service, seems to be lacking these days. Highly recommend. But don’t get her too busy based on my review please! She was me and my husbands doctor first haha.

Charlene, Kim and Dawn are an amazing group of ladies that take care of every need. Kim is always smiling and friendly, Charlene takes care of every spot on your skin, and Dawn massages with the best hands!

Very professional and attentive. Cheryl uses everyday layman’s terms to explain everything and the biopsies were painless. Kim is very approachable and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience.

Wow! What an amazing experience I had for my first appointment at Coral Reef Dermatology! Kim was as sweet in person as she was over the phone! My appointment was originally scheduled for June but she put me on a cancellation list… I got a call a week later to come in. Thank you! Charlene was wonderful. She spent so much time with me and was extremely thorough. She gave me lots of advice and even more, she was very kind! I didn’t feel rushed and she went over all of my questions and concerns. I will be sending all of my family here! 💕✝️

Simply a tremendously enjoyable experience. Both Charlene and Kim are as professional as possible. They are both very thorough in every aspect of your care. Charlene is very knowledgeable and up to date in treatment options. If only other medical personnel treated their patients with such professionalism.

My experience was extremely positive. Charlene Moore is fantastic and explains everything including a "plan of attack" so to speak. She makes sure you are comfortable while she is performing procedures. I did have some fear but she put me at ease very quickly. Terrific experience - you need dermatology needs addressed run don’t walk!

Everyone in their office is wonderful!! Kind and compassionate and very engaging. Charlene took away my fears with her knowledge of my situation. Hair loss for women is the worst. She made me feel confident we can turn it around. I am so happy I found her and highly recommend coming to see her. Thank you Charlene!!
