Dr. Paul E. English, MD

I went here for years, just routine check ups without much issue or complaint. Recently the Dr changed, he cancelled an appointment initially about two months ago and pushed me out to next week. Now I get a text again, telling me my appointment was cancelled the week before (again). I call to reschedule and they can get me in 2 months from now. Moving on.

I have been going to Dr. English for years now and have never been dissatisfied with the treatment or service from this practice. Dr. English is very professional and knowledgeable in his work. I was a person that worked in direct sunlight my whole life and had some areas of suspicious skin spots.Dr. English addressed them all found some melanoma in time to have it removed without serious issues. If not for the treatment I received things could have been alot worst. The Staff has always been very accommodating in my needs and are very professional at all times . It nice when you can find a Dr. and practice that cares for their patients and not treat them as just someone that was ts attention.

My husband and I have both been seeing Dr. English for over 10 years, and we have both had skin cancers which required surgeries, though my husband has had many more than I have. We totally trust Dr. English's good eye and his years of practice. He has never steered us wrong, and we trust him implicitly with our skin! Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, and we hope he doesn't retire before either of us expires!

I was disappointed with the service that I received from Dr. English and his office staff. In 2017, after a surgical procedure I was sent home without any pain medications & I was in pain after all the anesthesia wore off. I called his office asking for pain medications and was told that he could not prescribe them for my procedure. He cut something off my body and could prescribe pain medications---how ludicrous and incompetent. I went to this doctor initially for 3 problems. After 2 years they have not solved any of my problems & I am still suffering from the same things. The surgical procedure I had done was a mistake and I am mad at myself for letting his assistant talk me into it. My condition is worst now than it was before the surgery and I am in constant discomfort. I don't think they really care about their patients, especially those that are African American. I will never patronize this Dermatologist again and if anyone ask me about Dr. English, I am going to tell them if they want good medical care do not go to Dr. English.

Everyone was very kind and attentive! They got me in within a day and I did see Dr. English! He was great at explaining things and made me very comfortable. After I left I had a few questions and the nurse called me back within 10 minutes. She was very patient and took her time with me. I would recommend this office with 5 stars!

Been seeing Dr. English and his PAs off and on for 20 years. Admittedly, I have not seen Dr. English in the last 10 years, nor have I asked specifically for him, but Mindy has been great. My wife uses them too and seems satisfied. I find the customer service to be what I expect. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful experience! First time patient and I felt comfortable and cared for upon walking in. I was promptly seen at my appointment time..Everyone was professional. Dr English and his staff is amazing!
