English Dermatology Ahwatukee

About 3 months ago on 09-02-2025, I had a cosmetic service done, $120 at the Ahwatukee office. Paid at the office by debit card. I was given a receipt. About a month later, they sent me an invoice and claimed I had never paid my bill, so I mailed them a check for $120. After research, I realized, I paid twice for the same service. I even have the cashed check for $120 (front and back copies). I have spent over 6 weeks trying to get a refund for $120. I've talked to at least 6 different people, faxed in information 3 times and talked to a resolution specialist, Nothing! OK, please keep my money. Update: It's now been 5 months. I ask respectfully. Could anyone at English Dermatology please explain to me why I am not due a refund? I have a bank statement showing two charges for $120 each cleared my account. One ATM charge and one charge by check for the same service. I am not asking for a refund just a simple 5 minute explanation. I am elderly. If I am wrong, I will gladly change the rating to 5 stars.

The girls were very nice. It was ok that I had most of my clothes off. The dr actually found a schomis which could actually be cancer. The spot will be tested so we will know if it is or not. I was glad to I went

I had a situation arise over the weekend and I went to this office and was greeted by Tran who was so helpful and she was able to reserve a time for me that day! Everyone was very nice, informative and most of all, helped me get better sooner. Definitely going back 🙂

They took care of some skin cancers on my leg. They kept my mind at ease as they removed them with friendly conversation . They are very professional but warm, not stiff and cold in the way they handle their patients. I actually enjoyed going to the doctor for once!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nicolas Kim at English Dermatology for the past two years, and I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. Having had melanoma 13 years ago, my follow-up visits are very important to me and Dr. Kim gives me complete confidence every time. He’s thorough, professional, and genuinely caring. I always feel listened to and never rushed. His staff is warm, welcoming, and highly professional from start to finish. I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received here and highly recommend Dr. Kim and English Dermatology to anyone looking for exceptional dermatologic care.

Sent me to collections without any notice. I paid before leaving the office on the day of my appointment. I don't recall having any emails, phone calls, voicemails or anything notifying me that I have an outstanding balance. Why would you send me to collections without a reaching out like any other normal business would? A simple email would have worked.

Dr. Rehder and I are not a good fit as doctor and patient. My experience is that I had to advocate against an unwillingness to address my primary concerns. Afterwards, there were details in the visit summary that were false and other important details missing. When I asked that the notes be corrected, the defensiveness in the newly added notes was palpable. Thankfully a staff member referred me to a sister practice where I had a much better experience with a different doctor.
