It was so great and amazing customer service. They helped with every step of my skin care routine. Camila is really good at her job, and she has extensive knowledge of the skincare.

Was sold a fake Labubu from this store. Box has no adhesive keeping it closed, only a sticker. No authentication QR Code on the back of the box in the top-right. No card inside the box indicating which Labubu was in the box or card with authentication code. Shrink wrap inside box was a ZIPLOCK-style bag, NOT sealed at all. Labubu ears are too far apart and right-foot is wrong. Ultimately the way the box and bag are, it could be very easy to swap. Not sure if this is intentional or the store's mistake, but buyer beware if buying Labubus from this store. Very disappointed at this.

My poor kiddo saved up her allowance to buy a labubu. These are clear fakes. she didn't even have it an hour before the sewing came apart in the back and the foot and hand fell off.

Highly disappointed, purchased two "Labubus" and one was absolutely a fake. I’ve never had an issue with this store before until today. It was very obviously fake compared the real one and of course "all sales are final" I gave 2 stars due to previous service. My daughter who got the fake is so upset - they were both the same and on the tag hers said "monsiefs" I’m actually kinda pissed off, literally updating again as that one also has a hole on the backside of the head. Seems like the other one is also a fake but a better fake. That’s two and then I saw another comment where they also had a fake. Please fix this or stop selling them.

I loved this store. A nice lady who was working there around 2 pm was so nice and helped me with finding my shade for foundation and helped me with finding a sunscreen for my face. Would shop here again

If you have even a little bit of knowledge about K-beauty, this store is heaven. If you don't have such information, it's the perfect place to open the doors to the fantastic and beautiful world. Everything you could want to elevate your beauty level is in this store. The customer service is top-notch. I am sure I will become a regular customer of this place.

The customer service is so good! Very very friendly and helpful! They have a wide variety of products from skincare and makeup so theres a lot of different stuff to choose from. Definitely recommend! (:
