Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

Kristy is probably one of the sharpest Derm Drs I’ve ever experienced. She’s fast, efficient, and always spot on every diagnosis. Shes worth waiting for an appointment with. Very nice and always willing to help patients in a bind with a sample to get them by while they’re pulling teeth with the prescription battle (not the Drs fault). A very good practice overall!

They accept CareCredit, but they don't have any way to give the client their 0% promotion for the balance. Our CareCredit card was ran as a normal credit card without giving us the 0% for 6 months, 0% for 12 months, or 0% for 18 months, even though the CareCredit Rep was on the phone right then, telling us that they should have. Your San Marco Advanced Dermatology location has no problem doing this. Why is it such a problem at your Kingsley Avenue location!? Your clients use CareCredit primarily for these 0% promotions, otherwise they would use any other credit card. My wife and I were rudely told "I don't worry about interest" and given dirty hard looks from the young lady. Please RETRAIN your staff that handle payments with better attitudes even if they don't understand the proper proceedures on accepting CareCredit payments and how it works. To be absolutely fair, our one star review is NOT for Kristy Schweighardt or her assistant, they did an excellent job on the skin treatments (Five Stars!). Our skin was done perfectly and I would highly recommend her.

Excellent Staff and Dr. Brown is awesome and is very good about explaining everything to me so that I understand it completely. I have a lot of trust in him I have multiple myeloma cancer and prostate cancer. I trust that I’m getting the best care when it comes to my six month check ups.

Outstanding appointment, this was my first Visit with Carmen she was very professional and personable. Carmen addressed any questions I had and explained every procedure. The entire staff is a pleasure to be around

I was just home from surgery, maybe two hours. Just moved into a new apartment. Did not know how to connect my TV to my Wi-Fi service. She was extremely patient, because I had eye surgery and could not see out of one eye. She was patient and understanding of the situation and very kind and sympathetic. We need more customer service associates like her.

I have been very pleased with Advanced Dermatology. They diagnosed and treated my skin cancer. The follow up appointments were easy to schedule and very thorough. Thank you for the great care over the years.

I thought this place was great, maybe felt a little rushed but all was well and the doctor and nurse were cool. Until about 2 weeks ago when they ghosted me, I've been leaving messages, calling the other offices that also don't answer or respond, Walgreens has sent fax, and I still don't have my psoriasis meds. I'm losing my mind scratching. So I figured maybe a bad review could get them to respond and REFILL MY PRESCRIPTION. Edit: Called the office like I have been doing and still getting no response. I just crashed out hard on your answering machine, because no one EVER ANSWERS. Your response to my review just pisses me off, where do you think I've been calling? Like are you serious? And still nobody answers or responds.
