My Dr. has been wonderful. However, I’ve had a frustrating experience with the front desk. Despite confirming my pharmacy multiple times during my visit, my prescription was not sent. I then received a voicemail asking for the same information again, and when I called back, no one had answers. The person I spoke with was also dismissive and mentioned it was "too loud" to hear me. I hope this can be addressed to prevent future issues. Update: Again a call asking for my pharmacy. I gave them the information one more time. We'll see what happens next.

This is the most professional Dr. office I have ever been too. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. They get you in and out without making you feel rushed. The front office staff are equally as friendly and I recommend this medical center to everyone I meet that needs a highly trained staff of Doctors.

I am a new patient and was very happy with my visit. Got there 15 minutes early and filled in my paperwork. Was ready for my appointment and was brought into the back promptly. I saw Allison and she was wonderful - along with her assistant. She explained everything to me and we then decided to do the procedure right then and there. I was out of the office within 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier! Thanks so much.

I have been going here for a few months now. Candice is amazing and the front office staff have been wonderful. Plus it's one of the fastest doctors offices I have ever been in. Today, I arrived 45 min early for my appointment and was treated and out the door 30 mins before my scheduled appointment. I strongly recommend them!

Susan is the most amazing receptionist I have meet in Jacksonville, as Mil retired sometimes I don’t want to see a doctor specially for something that has been established, I am aware off and is not going to get better in this case eczema. She knew it she hear my concerns and she worked with me. This place patients have a voice, you are not treated like a number and I know because I see what true care looks like. So based just on the front desk alone, I’ll give them a 5, not to many places have professional caring staff such as Ms. Susan.

10 stars for Laura who is an excellent practitioner, she is a very nice person and especially talented with filler. I have seen her off and on for over 10 yrs, since Dr Eaglestein was the owner. However, the last time I called to get an appt the woman on the phone was VERY RUDE and did not want to tell me what the current price of filler was ( it varies from area to area and I live in St Aug and I have to get an aide to stay with my husband to drive that far). Finally she told me what the last product I had would cost (no change) but she wasnt nice at all and told me Laura was booked up like 4 months out. On the fence on if I will call back. I likely will because of Laura being so good but they need to hire new office people - it was never like this before. I never called here before where the office person did not want to be transparent about the product prices.

My teenager has been seeing Candice for about six months for acne treatment, and each appointment she has been great. My daughter is comfortable and thrilled with her treatment plan. Candice made it a point to build a professional relationship with my daughter. We are thankful. We are always called back at our appointment time and they get us in and out while still fully answering any questions I fully recommend seeing Candice!
