Janelle was great! She immediately made me feel comfortable regarding my concerns. I had some insecurities but, she was sweet and professional, an amazing skill! She spent a lot of time with me, answerd all of my questions, did a thorough assessment, offered different options for issue and discussed payment. You can tell she loves her job and wants her work to be a reflection of herself. She is pretty funny and I enjoyed laughing with her🙂

Tiffany is amazing! Not only is she skilled and knowledgeable, she is very kind, understanding and thoughtful. I have had Botox a few times but not did not know much about the various injectable’s. She took the time to educate me and learn about me as a person and my lifestyle. I was nervous going in and left with a new friend.

I LOVE Refine u. The staff is cheerful and friendly and they treat clients as friends. This has been my go-to medspa for awhile now. I’ve been happy with all of my services but my fav. is probably Morpheus 8. Highly recommend!!!!

Janelle is an excellent esthetician. She explains what she will be doing. She provides painless treatments with care, answers all questions. The results are exactly what you want. I would recommend her if it’s your first time or have had many treatments.
