THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND PROMPT My time is valuable to me, and when I come in and they are ready for me within one or two minutes it is so helpful. On top of that, they really listen to the patient and ask cogent questions that solicit helpful feedback. They don't sluff it off and say well see you in 6 months and hope for the best. True diagnostic and helpful treatment plans are developed along with the patient. Highly recommend

Go somewhere else! I first went to Dr. Lam 10 years ago. Bad first visit said I’d never go back. My Dr. referred me I thought I’d give her another try. My appointment was only 2 weeks out. Confirmed my apt. On Friday. By text message that was sent. Monday go to my scheduled apt. Dr. Called in sick the office never even called me to re-schedule. No big deal could get me in the next day same time. Bad experience all around all I have to say is read all the YELP review and do not give your credit card. Bad reviews all around at this office. Wanted to just bill your credit card whatever upfront. Said after 2020 it’s not sustainable to stay in business to chase down payments. I’m pretty sure it’s called the service industry and anyone that just wants to blind charge your card means run! I will gladly take my business somewhere else. After reading reviews sounds like I’m making the right decision sorry, I wasted my time. Should have stuck with my first opinion and never gone back! What a waste of my time! Dr. Lam is rude and it’s hard to believe she’s still in business!

Originally I had left feeling a bit disappointed with the experience and rushed appointment. However, I do believe that the overall environment of the office was great. The front desk and the nurse who brought me back to the room were very kind. Dr. Lam was very nice, however, I do wish there was more time with her in the room. It seemed a bit rushed, but I understand she is also very busy. I received two different gels for my face to use for hormonal acne. Me and my husband are planning on another baby soon and appreciate that Dr.Lam did not want to start anything orally that would not be safe. All in all, I would give 5 stars for the overall experience.

Was very disappointed with my experience. Was left in my room for a while waiting (which I normally don’t mind) but when Dr lam finally arrived she absolutely rushed through the whole appointment. Talked very quickly and barely took time to look at the spots I was concerned about. No equipment used, very few questions asked if any, and then proceeded to prescribe me acne medication without taking a look or asking any further details about my routine or the cause thereof. I felt very rushed out and with little care. She was maybe in the room for 5 minutes, and that’s with me asking questions. Will not be back.

The building is nice but the dermatologist was like a McDonalds's drive-thru manager: get the patients in & out within 5 minutes. Felt rushed the entire meeting and even refused to answer questions that were not related to the appointment topic while also trying to push her name brand products on me, felt like a sales call. 2 out of 5 stars.

I've been going to Dr. Lam for several years. I have always been treated with professionalism from both Dr. Lam and staff. She has never waisted my time and has answered my questions along with detailed explanation. I have since expanded my care seeing Samantha with monthly facials and skin care practices. I've since referred my mother who is now seeing Dr. Lam for skin care issues and is very pleased.

This is the best run doctors office I have ever been to! Everyone is so kind and professional. She is able to diagnose the issue quickly and give you the appropriate solution to fix the problem. Biggest plus is that they are always on time!
