Dr. Jerdan is compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and truly professional. She is absolutely worth the travel from Lawton—I genuinely believe she’s the best in her field in Oklahoma. I’ve struggled with cystic acne and scarring since puberty (I’m now 40), and it took decades to find the right doctor. She was worth the wait. After getting my acne under control, Dr. Jerdan created a thoughtful plan to address the scarring and texture that had always felt disfiguring. I appreciate that she is no-nonsense and direct about expectations versus reality, as well as the steps needed to reach my goals. While undergoing fractional laser with subcision, she and her staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Jerdan even checked on me later that evening—something I’ve only ever experienced from a surgeon treating my son. Her staff is as kind and genuine as they are professional, and I know I’ll be a lifelong patient. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who understands the physical and emotional toll of skin issues. As for the one negative review I saw, about her dog and claiming she was "money hungry"—it felt unfair and a bit unhinged. That was not my experience. Some people are simply hard to please. Personally, I love Cher, her sweet, well trained office dog that, for the record, I've never seen in an exam room.

Dr. Jerdan is truly one of a kind — I just think she hung the moon. She is always attentive, efficient, and incredibly understanding. Her kindness and professionalism make every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. Her staff is just as wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, and making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. What used to be a routine skin check has now become an appointment I genuinely look forward to each year. Dr. Jerdan and her entire team are phenomenal, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Oklahoma is incredibly lucky to have such a compassionate and skilled provider. Thank you all for the care you give — it means more than you know!

Upon entering, I was greeted by polite staff. When given the iPad, I expected to fill out the typical medical history. Instead, the first item was requesting to store my credit card. I've worked in cybersecurity and found it off-putting. I asked if I could skip. Kimberly told me that's how she keeps the lights on! 😆 That's bizarre. It then seemed like a money hungry doctor but I thought maybe she's been burned and is paranoid. When I left, I realized the aesthetician who did a large series of aggressive fraxels at Advanced Aesthetics for me now works there. Lindsey, the PA, does awesome work but Advanced Aesthetics never stored my card or put money first. Even Suze Ornman says "people first". It was an odd welcoming. My dermatologist recommended I go there because of lasers that wouldn't scar to remove a tiny cherry spot. I powered thru 10-15 signatures stating she would charge my card as pleased. Then I heard a large dog barking. 🐕 Apparently OSHA doesn't have guidelines with bringing your pet to work but chatgpt says it's frownd upon. I was getting anxiety. Perhaps had I been warned, I could have prepared myself but I find it gross and unsanitary to mix pets in a medical facility. She proceeded to corral the dog and pulled in a guy to help her. I thought I could have seen her months ago if she wasn't tending to the dog. Ha. I've dogsat but some pets have made my eyes swell and water so it wasn't setting well with me. Kimberly suggested I go to another office. She failed to follow AIDET where you Introduce yourself. I asked if she was the doctor. She seemed offended and pointed to her stitched scrub like I was stupid. I never went to her website or checked her reviews beforehand but she referenced her website states she has a dog. I simply called for an appointment. She also said she would NEVER say she would remove a cherry without scarring. The place I scheduled an appointment with when I left was able to get me in much quicker, will treat that day and explained the process that it's reabsorbed back in body - hence no scar. (Kimberly wanted new patient day then reschedule for removal day). I've since checked reviews. Her healthgrade is poor but google has nice things said about her work (although they mostly reference Lindsey.) I thought she looked familiar and realized I played tennis with her before covid. She was a fun tennis player. If potential patients happen to see this.. just be warned about credit card storage and dogs in the office. To Kimberly, if we face off or become partners again, remember #LoveAll.

I have been a patient of Lindseys for almost 10 years. As an injector she is experienced, well-trained, conservative & gentle. As a provider she is consistent, personable, knowledgeable and thinks through every goal and need when treating each patient. With her education and experience, she is unique in her ability to balance those things with facial anatomy and science to deliver appropriate care & procedures. The office is beautiful and the staff is lovely.

Dr. Jerdan came highly recommended to me by my PCP when I had an issue of concern on my face, which turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. Dr. Jerdan quickly got a diagnosis and provided me with treatment options. Tonya did an excellent job with my radiology sessions; I’m proud to call her my radiologist and friend. The procedure site on my face healed beautifully and I now see Dr. Jerdan annually for my skin evaluation.

Dr. Jerdan is THE BEST! I have been to her more times than I can count and each experience has been great. She has helped me with my acne, suspicious moles/freckles, and cosmetic issues. She is quick and efficient at her job. I love that each time I see her she makes sure I am comfortable and addresses any questions I may have. I have sent multiple people to her and each person tells me how wonderful she is. I love being able to have a dermatologist I can trust! 10/10 recommend!!!!
