I cannot say enough about my experience so far! From the moment I stepped into the office I felt seen and warmly welcomed at the front desk. Then Brittany, the medical assistant walked me into the room and listened to why I was there and was caring and compassionate. Then Thuy Ngyen, the PA was just as compassionate, caring and attentive to my concerns. I was scheduled promptly for Mohs surgery with Dr Shiell. Jacky Krausse the patient concierge and medical assistant was as amazing as the rest of the staff and reassured me once again that I was in the right hands. I am sure that I will be coming back after my surgery to post another great review on Dr. Shiell. Thank you West Dermatology! Nobody likes to hear they have cancer of any kind, but you have calmed my nerves and I am so grateful for that!

Dr. Tanya Foreman has been our family dermatologist for over 15 years. She truly cares about her patients and puts her whole heart into her job making sure they get excellent care and professional guidance. She is one of a kind! Also, I recently saw Dr. Shiell is it true professional as well. They care about their patients and their outcomes. Finally, the staff is very caring and professional as well. Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with the office staff. They were friendly and efficient. The pa was great she moved really quickly and listened to all of my concerns regardless of how small they were. I highly recommend West Dermatology.

Dr. Tanya Foreman is always so thorough. You know you are getting a full body can when go for your annual check up. I have been going to her for over 20 years. She is simply the best!

This is a five star office! I've never been in-and-out of a doctor's office so quick, while still receiving thorough care. Thuy-Vy Nguyen was great, front desk was friendly and quick, nurse was great - an all around great experience! I will be returning and will highly recommend.

Dr. Foreman is very thorough and I am always confident that she won’t miss anything. Dr. Shield does the MOHS procedures and he is also fantastic ! A couple months later, I barely have a scar

Dermatologist was good and on point but the wait time was way too long. My appointment was at 8:30am and I got to the office at 8:30am. Shortly after I had arrived, breakfast has arrived for the staff so it felt like they forgot about me. I was on a time crunch so it made this a little harder but I was waiting outside for 20 mins while the staff ate their breakfast during my schedule appointment time. It was not until I got really upset and almost walked out that the office staff took me after (after they finished their breakfast because clearly that is more important). When I was finally seen by the dermatologist, it felt rushed because it took them so long to see me (and because I was at that point on a time crunch). And what is saddest in this, the dermatologist did apologize but she admitted that it was confusing to her because she was waiting and not busy and was not sure why she wasn’t informed. Not sure if I will return. Sad because the dermatologist is wonderful.
