Premier Dermatology Associates Of Orange County

I have been seeing Dr. Kim for years for my annual Dermatology appointments. She has been fantastic and has always taken care of any suspicious moles. This past week, I had an urgent issue and she wasn't available, so I saw Dr Cox. She took care of my issue professionally, answered all of my questions and properly treated the issue. Most of the time, when I call the doctor's office and they tell me I have to see somebody different than my regular doctor I'm concerned. Not here, they are all amazing!

I have been a patient of Dr. Watcher for over 10 years. She has always provided very professional and compassionate care. Her medical and office staff are great as well. Always professional and kind. Her approach to all of my dermatology needs have been conservative and accurate. I have had MOHS in her office that has been very successful. I highly recommend Dr. Watcher.

Saw Dr Kim in 2019, visit went fine. She was nice and attentive but a little late seeing patients - not a big deal. She recommended some face cream which I purchased. On the way out, I was informed that my insurance didn't cover the treatment so I paid my bill in full. Several months later, literally 7-8 months later, I get a bill for $74. I was confused so I contacted the office manager and she informed me that it's an outstanding amount. I informed her of above and that since my insurance didn't cover treatment that I was a cash paying customer and that I paid everything in full. She just kept saying, "well, it's an outstanding amount." I told her that I wasn't going to pay until I understand what this is for and told her again, it can't be for the treatment i received because I paid that. She said if I don't pay that she's report it to the credit bureau. I didn't pay much attention but noticed today that it's on my credit report...for $74! It's too bad they have people like this working for this office. I will never go back and neither will any of my contacts

Best dermatologist I’ve seen, everyone in my family also sees her! Dr. Kim is incredible at what she does and is so attentive. The front staff is really kind and helpful as well. The office is very efficient and I did not wait long at all, everything was very prompt and direct.

Dr. H Kim was thorough, friendly, and incredibly professional. I felt comfortable for the entire appointment and, unlike some other experiences I’ve had, I felt like she really listened to my concerns and responded to each one with a treatment plan. On top of that, I was seen promptly and right on time—something that isn’t always the case. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I was referred to Dr. Kim by my facial plastic surgeon Dr. Sunny Park. Dr. Kim was attentive, friendly and really easy to talk to. She did a skin exam and helped me with my dry itchy skin. She will be my derm Dr. for sure. Thank you Dr. Kim

PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE AN UPCOMING APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DOCTOR!! The doctor purposefully provided a service that I DID NOT NEED. She cleverly pulled it on me at the end of my office visit with her, then when I said that she should not have done that, she said, "well, I have to bill it now." Although I complained to them and to my insurance company, they are STILL ALLOWED TO BILL IT TO ME. This little spray out of a freeze off can cost me $90.99. I am paying it because I don't want the ding on my credit report, but this is not right. Please be careful and watch her to ensure you don't go through the same thing I did (and apparently another woman who had a similar experience with this doctor - see below).
