I truly love this clinic — not only because the prices are very reasonable, but because the service is absolutely excellent. Dr. Kaveh is the best doctor I’ve had in the past 10 years. He really listens to my concerns and knows exactly what to do to keep my face looking very natural. The results are so subtle and beautiful that it’s hard to tell I had anything done — and that’s exactly what I want. One thing I especially appreciate is their Tight & Bright Annual Membership. It allows you to receive one treatment every month. Even though it was originally for one year, I wasn’t able to use it every single month — and they kindly extended my membership to a year and a half. That level of trust and flexibility means so much to me. The treatments included are amazing, especially Morpheus8 (face and neck), CoolLaser, IPL laser, Microneedling with stem cell application, Chemical Peel or JetPeel facial, and Red Light Therapy. These treatments truly improve the quality of my skin. My skin looks fresh, healthy, and naturally youthful — much better than fillers that can sometimes change the shape of the face instead of improving the skin itself. The staff is very friendly, the products they use are high quality, and the entire experience feels professional and welcoming. Thank you, Dr. Karandish and the whole team, for creating such a beautiful clinic in the heart of CDM. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for safe, natural, and advanced skin treatments.

From start to finish, Dr. K was absolutely incredible—he took the time to explain every detail of my procedure and, most importantly, really listened to my concerns and made sure each one was addressed. Dr K is simply a gem. His artistry is amazing. From the time I called to the moment I had the work done, (for fine lines, jowls, fillers and Botox) the atmosphere was professional, friendly and warm. Dr K loves what he does and one can tell by his extraordinary work. Sukay made me feel welcomed and part of the family at PCH MedSpa. I highly recommend them. I initially reached out to inquire about the pricing for this training. The physician personally responded and sent me a direct link to his website, which clearly listed the course at $3,000 for a one-day training (9:00 AM–4:00 PM). After that, I was contacted by an assistant who informed me that the price was actually $3,500, stating this was due to "modeling costs." Shortly afterward, I received another message saying there had been some confusion, but that the price was still $3,500. I was then told that the website pricing was outdated and that I would still need to pay the higher amount. Unfortunately, this back-and-forth created significant concern regarding professionalism and internal communication. The original price advertised and shared directly by the physician was not honored, and there was no clear or consistent explanation provided. In addition, basic details such as scheduling required repeated follow-up, which felt unnecessary for a professional training program. For a one-day course originally advertised at $3,000, the lack of clarity and shifting information made me uncomfortable moving forward. I ultimately decided not to proceed with the training. There are many other programs available, and I prefer to work with providers who demonstrate transparent pricing, clear communication, and professionalism from the outset. Based on this experience, I would encourage others to approach the reviews with caution. If there is difficulty communicating clearly about something as basic as course pricing or website content, it raises questions about how professionalism and communication are handled overall. I would personally think twice before committing to this training or facility.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. K at PCH Med Spa. The care was highly personalized, precise, and thoughtfully planned. My treatment included hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra for volume and structure, and advanced laser treatments. The results are natural, balanced, and very refined. Dr. K was amazing. I went in for a full face Pdo thread lift. He went over everything and tailored it perfectly for what I was asking for. Was my first time getting threads too and I feel like I lucked out with getting one of the best for my first threads. Will be returning. My results are amazing. The nurse peroshat was amazing and sweet as well. Will be returning and recommending!
