I cant say enough great things about the way I’m treated at the office They are both professional and friendly They have a wonderful attention to detail I’m always treated like family As far as Dr Nakhla. He has always been fantastic. I always feel comfortable and taken care. Overall an amazing experience.

Staff was helpful and worked around my schedule to get me seen quickly. I felt really at ease with the Dr and treatment plan because I was actually listened to. Previously, I went to another Derm office and did not feel this confident in my care. Will definitely return if/when I need to!

If I can give more than 5 stars I would! This office is wonderful. Medical Assistants, PAs and Dr. Nakhla have been super helpful to me. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this practice!

About three or four months ago, OC Skin Institute purchased my previous dermatologist's practice , Crystal Cove Dermatology, since my previous dermatologist moved out of state. I requested my medical records and they kindly called me when they were ready. I picked up my medical records but they charge $50 to make copies. I made the payment. But as I am doing research, I understand that is not legal. I cannot rate this office or their doctors on their service since I never did see any doctor in the office. Why, then, is it in their right to charge me for my medical records? And there weren't that many pieces of paper to constitute $50.

Nice attention to detail. Most of my visits have been with an associate, but the visits have been quality visits. Sometimes the office wait is quick and sometimes it is busy.

Jerri Powers lacks the necessary qualifications, both professionally and personally, to effectively manage this location. Do not come to this location.

Amazing customer service as always from the front & back end staff! Providers are amazing as always , always taken care of when I have concerns and questions!! I will always recommend to family and friends!
