Premier Dermatology - Naperville

I had a procedure at the Facility in Naperville. Everyone was professional, helpful, respectful, and kind. Dr Mercy and Cassie were wonderful. I was nervous and they helped alleviate my fears.

The ease of making an appointment was exceptional, and quick to be seen. Miss Carly and staff were friendly, professional and thorough. Thank you for a great experience!

I was very impressed with Cassie and Dr. Mercy during my surgery today. They were very thorough and professional throughout the process. They explained the procedure in easy-to-understand terms. They also listened to my concerns (I'm difficult to numb), and brought appropriate supplies. The result was a pain-free, positive experience for me.

Do not go here. I had a mole removed and they did not remove all my sutures/stiches ten days after my surgery, so I had to go elsewhere to get the sutures removed and the wound did not heal correctly. I contacted the office multiple times about getting the sutures removed and they did not care and just wanted the bill paid immediately. It is difficult to speak to anyone on the phone there as you will be on hold for 25 minutes. The staff is always in a rush and don’t care about doing a thorough job. It seems that this office cares more about the elective cosmetic services then anything medical related. It is hard to get an appointment at the office you want to visit so they want you to travel to their other offices which are not close. I had a mole on my head that was atypical but not cancerous, but they said I should get it removed. They told me that the removal process would be quick and that all my hair would regrow. I showed up to the office to get the mole removed which they did not inform me of what the process would be and just told me to lay down. I asked multiple questions, and they said that it will be quick with no other details. Most the staff there are very young and immature. They will talk about their weekend and completely ignore the patients. I laid face down for over 45 minutes with the staff never asking if I was comfortable. When I returned to the office ten days later for the 8 sutures/stiches to be removed there was only 6 removed and 2 were missed. I’m not sure how they would have missed removing the sutures, but the staff seemed to be in a rush. I went home and a week passed by till I realized that 2 of the sutures/stiches were still there. The wound was hurting, and I could feel the hard sutures still there, so I called the office which they did not believe me. Attached is the photo of the 2 black sutures still there (My hair was longer at that time but is still noticeable). After five months none of the hair has regrown and there is a large scar that has not healed correctly. The scar is very noticeable now and I must wear a hat to cover the missing hair. The second photo is what the scar looks like now. Most of these reviews for this place are fake and paid for.

Holly was amazing, as usual. I believe it's the second time she helped me. I will not voluntarily ever see a Dermotologist other than Dr Bezanich. I'd love a good 20 to 30 minute session, I only get about 5 minutes. Yet, he has helped me out in dier times before a few years ago, which I'm so thankful for. 🙏 Most of the staff is great. Not so welcoming at check in desk, but nurses and Dr B are wonderful. Still just wish for more time my Dr, as he is great and I rarely get to see. Years ago, I believe he saved me from being hospitalized. For that, I'm forever grateful.

Carly is a breath of fresh air! She took wonderful care of my daughter—really listened, created a clear game plan for her skin, and adjusted it when needed. Thanks to her, my daughter’s skin is finally back to normal. My only feedback based on our experience is that messages through the portal seemed to take a while to get a response, and the front office staff could be more welcoming—their energy doesn’t quite match Carly’s warmth and professionalism. Overall, Carly is fantastic and we’re so grateful for her care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Bezanis was very thorough, curtious, kind and attentive for my annual skin check. He made me feel at ease and answered my questions and concerns. He handled my minor skin treatments and also prescribed appropriate medications. Thank you!
