Had an appointment with the liver doctor and he was super nice and one of the best I’ve been to who actually did his homework on each of his patients. Hospital is clean and modern. Would highly recommend coming here if you need liver doctor.

Great day at Oak Dermatology! Mom had a Mohs procedure. I had to wait in the waiting room, but the nurses made sure I knew how things were going. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, positive, and answered all our questions. The office was clean and simple. There was a cafe on the first floor for lunch while we waited for test results. So nice to get it all done in one day!

Highest marks across the board for the competent and dedicated professionals at both the offices of Dr. Anish Bhatia and Dr. Joseph Daw. A basal cell carcinoma was first examined by Dr. Bhatia, whose nursing staff included Chelsea, Caitlin and Faith -- all exceptionally well-informed and excellent communicators -- after which it was revealed that the bad cells had made a deep enough of an advance into the skin as to render the Mohs surgery a risk for a less-than hoped for outcome. So it was over to the office of Dr. Daw, whose skilled hands performed the nasolabial flap surgery that did the job. Again, the staff of professionals assisting Dr. Daw were particularly impressive in their knowledgeable, straightforward communication, and the genuine effort to make the process go smoothly. Special thanks to Georgia and Kiara, who were on hand during the three phases of the surgery, as well as Jax in assisting the setup, and Sarah in coordinating the nursing staff. I was going to schedule a apoinment here and some of my other family members but after I recently heard about a friend’s experience with this office, and based on what he went through, I would not recommend this place. Just 15 minutes before his scheduled appointment, he was told the doctor could no longer see him. When he asked for an explanation, they refused to provide one and then informed him that they would no longer continue any services with him going forward. It’s unreasonable that patients are required to give a 24‑hour notice to cancel, yet the office can cancel last‑minute without offering any reason or accountability. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Dr Hsu and staff have been very friendly, informational and gentle. Every visit has been an efficient and pleasant experience. They are upfront about recommended procedures, expectations, prognosis and cost. Highly recommend!

Had MOHS surgery with Dr Bhatia And follow-up repair to my left ear by Dr Daw. Both surgeons provided excellent care and am very pleased. The entire staff at Oak is tremendous.

I highly recommend Dr. Al-Hadidi and her team member Monse! They’re knowledgeable subject matter experts with great care for their patients! Phenomenal experience all around, and the office is super cute.
