Derick Dermatology - Naperville

Wonderful experience with the pharmacy! I was at a different Derek location (Geneva) earlier in the day. I decided at the time to try to get my prescription filled at Walgreens to save a little bit of money. Turns out the same prescription ointment was over $20 more! I was on my way to Warrenville for another appointment and the Naperville Derek location was just a few minutes away. Walked right in to the pharmacy counter and the worker was very kind and helpful. Pulled up my prescription on the computer and filled it within a few minutes! Seamless experience and great customer service. Thank you!!

My experience from when I walked in to the reception area to leaving, was great. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all wonderful and I would not change anything. I was able to get an appointment which worked around my schedule, fairly quickly.

Response is from Lawrence Ryan, the patient. Procedure was done in a small area on my nose and just below my eye. Despite Dr Park's previous excellence I was nervous. Two malignent tumors were removed and a small area below the eye was found not to have any malignent tissue damage. Outstanding work by the whole team.

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. I was scheduled here to be a patient of Dr. Ali. My appointment was at 9:10 am. I was not taken back to see the doctor until 10:50. After being asked a serious of uncomfortable questions about my mental health, I was left unattended in the room for another 30 minutes. I’m old and it’s hard for me to get around. I have places to be. Eventually I just left the room and walked all the way out to the parking lot and back to my vehicle. I didn’t even see the doctor and I won’t be back to try again.

I have been a patient of DD for nearly 4 years. The staff have been friendly, professional, responsive and provided helpful suggestions. I never felt rushed or pushed to do something I did not need. They explained what they thought were my best options and answered my questions. I felt like they had cared about my circumstances, and I was not simply another patient to see. The office is bright and clean - it's the first impression.

Very nice people The doctor was very caring, gentle examination and explained everything that was going on what we needed to do which I got the medication right away very helpful. What I liked was they have their own pharmacist right there for me to get my stuff that I need instead of having to go to Walgreens and wait overnight or two days but I got my medication and I was able to try it that night and it’s Slow but hopefully it’ll work so I don’t have to take medication but if I do then I’ll go in and talk with her Great office

I was promptly checked in and Chloe and Abigail were both professional, efficient and friendly! I felt very comfortable and the facility is also 5-star....modern and spotless!
