So I enjoyed the service I got even tho it was not the service I requested. I wish there was online booking available to ensure that you're able to request the exact service that is listed on the website. I called to book for the eczema facial listed on the website but the staff member did not know about the service and said she added in the notes which the service includes the LED light therapy. I was told it was included in the notes when I booked, but was not offered or done during the service. I did enjoy the signature facial and felt the esthetician was very good at what she was doing. Can't wait to see the results of the facial.

I've been going to Jencare since 2018. Peta-gaye and her entire staff are amazing. Peta is truly dedicated to giving each guest a unique and pleasant experience while treating your skin. Not only is she amazing, but so are the Jencare products. I've converted my entire skincare routine product line-up to the Jencare brand.

I have been going to this spa on and off for years. Staff has changed. The recent visit was disappointing. Front desk staff interrupted my service to cross-sell products. Not the way to do business. You wait until the customer's service is completed and then make your recommendations. When I expressed my thoughts on the intrusion, she simply tried to book my next appointment with no apology. Need customer service training.
