So I had the best doctors in the world. I had to wait for the best. All these reviews. As a woman who had the woman at the office saved my life, with skin cancer once, be patient. Don’t listen to the reviews that talk about her poor staff. Once you get to her, you will be grateful. Yes you may wait a long time. To see the best. Your welcome. Be grateful.

I will never return to this office. I have been with Dr Falabella since she was in Hollywood. I recommended numerous patients to her as she was timely, kind and very knowledgeable. I had a horrendous experience in her Miramar office where I had to wait for three and a half hours for my appointment. In fact the office was overrun with patients who were in the same boat waiting hours past their appointment time. The receptionists are disrespectful and nasty. There are a lot of good dermatologists out there who take into consideration their patients' lives and time. Highly recommend you look for another place unless you love to be disregarded and wait.

Dr.Falabella is an incredible dermatologist. From managing my severe acne and helping me achieve flawless skin to painless surgery she is the absolute best. The PA’s and office staff are just as wonderful and always willing to help.

Dr Falabella is excellent but the customer service at the location is awful. If you have the time to wait 2 hours to be seen for your appointment, this is the place to go. Also if you need to talk to someone at the office, its imposible.

Sent my 15 yo niece here to have a scar on face looked at. Office charged $200 for Dr Falabella to look at her for 4 seconds and refer her somewhere else. At the very least they could have refunded us and sent us elsewhere.

Dr. Anna Falabella is truly exceptional. She helped me manage my autoimmune disease when I felt hopeless, and thanks to her care, I finally feel like myself again. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also compassionate, thorough, and truly invested in her patients’ well-being. I’m beyond grateful for her, she changed my life.

Arrived on time for my 11am appointment & was asked to fill out docs via an IPAD. Took about 20 mins or so. The receptionist took the pad, collected my copay and then told me there were THIRTEEN people ahead of me and that I would have a wait of 40-50 minutes. 1. This is a disgraceful lack of respect for patients time & 2. An idiotic estimate by the receptionist (3-4 mins/patient) that makes no sense. This is the worst delay I have experienced but by no means the only one. When I decided to leave & asked for my payment to be cancelled, I was told this takes 7-10 business days - a blatant lie. Won't go back here and will make a point of giving reviews to other doctors who do this shit!
