I saw Jennifer Hall for a suspicious mole that turned out to be skin cancer. I felt dismissed and rushed every step of the way. At the first appointment she seemed convinced my provider referred me in error because I was too young to have a skin cancer and it looked like a regular mole (but it was confirmed with the biopsy). Getting in touch with the office to get my results took days of being on hold and/or being told that the providers and medical assistants were gone for the day (at like 3 pm). Then scheduling the removal of the cancer took several weeks, so that the scab on the biopsy site had already fallen off and then the provider and assistant couldn't find the skin cancer location. They made me feel like I didn't know where my own spot (that had been bothering me for months) was located, but really she spent 2 minutes with me and took a quick photo at the initial appointment so they didn't really know where to look. The procedure itself was fine, but again, I felt dismissed and like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Then I did a full body scan which seemed incredibly cursory (less than 5 minutes with the Jennifer Hall) and there were no questions asked about my medical history, skin cancer history in my family, or spots of concern. And lastly, I had an issue with the lab and billing process, which took weeks to resolve and required a lot of persistence on my part (and side note: apparently the lab bills based on what they find after the excision. So because my excision successfully removed the cancer, it was billed as a skin lesion/more cosmetic procedure, and therefore not covered). I get the sense that this place just wants out of pocket Botox and cosmetic clients - I felt like a second-class citizen as someone coming in for a medical reason. A friend commented on having a similar experience for severe eczema. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

I go to the Mercer island location. They are very very nice and they don’t keep you waiting. Even making an appointment is easy and hassle free. I’ve been there multiple times. And I always leave with confidence. Because I know my treatment is going to work. Just like the last time. And the time before that. These guys know what they’re doing. And actually care for you.

Sheila does a great job with both facials and recommending other skin care services or products that might be beneficial. I give her 5 stars rating! Unfortunately scheduling an appointment with her is difficult. The website suggests booking appointments online, tried, but could not find the services Sheila provides only medical appointments. Hopefully the company will update their website to make non medical appointments scheduling easier.

Great experience with my annual dermatologist appointment. Staff were friendly and super efficient. Had a spot on my forehead that was not dangerous but didn’t look good, which was removed (frozen) in seconds. Also had some calluses on my feet from running, which were quickly dealt with. All of this and still in and out in less than 30 minutes with extremely friendly care. Absolutely recommend and will be back next year!

I’ve been a patient with Frontier for years. In addition to providing me with excellent care I appreciate the way my doctor communicates with her patients. She answers my questions clearly and is very thorough.

Very disappointed with my experience. The front desk staff Nona was rude and did not clearly explain the payment required before seeing the doctor. Communication and customer service need serious improvement.

Really wish I had read the reviews before booking. After leaving for my appointment and giving myself an extra 20mins to get there since I was new and might have needed to fill out paperwork(it is a 40min drive for me and I took time off work as well to ensure I could make their hours) I ended up caught behind a car accident and a school bus and being 12mins late. This sucks for everyone, I get it, their time is valuable too, and if they truly didn’t have time to see me and were kind/caring about the situation I would not be writing this, however instead I was talked to like a 5 year old, they did not care about why I was late even though I tried to explain, and they just collected the late fee($75) and sent me on my way. I don’t know how this office manages to keep business if there’s zero flexibility or at least empathy with their patients. As someone who works in customer service I understand their time is valuable too but as they are also aware, life happens and people are late. Even if they can’t accommodate late arrivals a little empathy would go a long way rather than treating people as if they intended to be late and we’re just disrespecting their time on purpose. I also was never told about this super strict arrival policy, in fact online it doesn’t say 7mins but 10 so not sure where they thought I would have even seen it either but like I said, I was late I get it, their response and total lack of empathy was the main problem.
