I saw Dr. Steffens several times for a spot on my face that would bubble in the sun. I was told that it was nothing to worry about. My wife was concerned about it and had me get a second opinion. Turns out it's cancer and I'm having surgery early October. Thankfully it hadn't affected my eye yet. Stay vigilant and good luck everyone!

Would not recommend and will not return. Dr. Frey was very rude and displayed poor bedside manner, even opening the door before I was fully dressed. When I asked for a full-body mole check, she was dismissive and performed the bare minimum. The entire visit lasted less than five minutes

I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr. Beaudry for 3 minutes.(to be fair that's probably about the right amount of time for what I was there for) the receptionist was very nice and efficient.The Doctor was friendly and pleasant. The older lady who took me to the exam room was rude and unpleasant. Also you might want to tell the patient they need to check out before leaving as opposed to telling them there free to go. So the patient doesn't have to waist there time bringing back paper work.

Dr kroodzma is the best !He shows concern and talks to you about issues. Some drs are cold harsh and unconcerning.

I have received very kind and thorough care here. Front desk staff are kind and prompt. I have little to no wait for my appointments. Care providers have all been wonderful to work with! A special thank you to Becky, Dr Steffens, Ashley, and Michelle Sprout. I highly recommend this practice!

This is the first review I have ever written about a place but that is because I am very upset with this establishment. When I had originally scheduled my appointment in early March they told me that they could not get me in until May, but I was willing to wait. As my appointment approached I received a call the Tuesday before confirming my appointment for Friday at 1:30. Today, Friday at 1:25 I walked in to check in for my appointment. They then informed me that my appointment was at 12:30 and I had missed my appointment. I was very upset especially since I had been waiting two months and my skin has been in horrible shape. They then proceeded to tell me that they would not be able to get my back in until July, another two months. I am very upset with this situation as I feel I am getting punished for a mistake that one of their employees made, not me. So if you do chose to come here, please make sure that you receive any and all confirmations so that you don’t "miss your appointment." As for me I will be finding a new dermatologist who can correctly communicate with me.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I wish I would have known what an absolute JOKE this place is. Staff is incredibly rude most of the time. I’ve been going here for 4 years because it was the option I could afford but after the treatment I’ve received I’ve switched to Sodersturm and I recommend you do to. I’ve been forgotten on the schedule multiple times, treated like I’ve never been seen before like I have three heads. No appointment reminders EVER they just expect you to know that you have an appointment six months from now and 2:45 in the afternoon. How? No one is super human that’s YOUR job as an office worker to keep everyone updated. Oh and the final straw that broke the camels back? Arriving to my usual appointment only to be turned away saying a doctor wasn’t in office that day and that I’d have to completely change my schedule once again to fit with their doctors who don’t want to stay past 3:30 when most places are open until 4-5 pm. The constant conflicts with my work schedule have been too much. And this place sure as heck doesn’t care, until you owe them money. Just STAY AWAY from this office unless you want to be treated less than human.
