Liz in upper management was absolutely amazing. I got my husband’s station date and pregnancy news in the same month. They were able to figure out my contract. When they told me I would get a call back during that day. I did! Thankful for this company.

I had a really positive experience at Glow Medspa. The staff were all really nice. The suite was very clean and had cute decor. The manager did my treatment. She was very thorough with providing all the information I needed before treatment and helpful with educating me on what to expect moving forward with treatments. I already recommended a friend here… but I definitely would recommend Glow Medspa for those looking for laser services as well as other spa treatments.

From the moment that I called (and I had many questions) the front desk receptionist, Emma was so kind and patient. I initially called to book a different service and she took her time and explained options to me. What felt really next level, is despite the increased prices of the additional services that she walked me through, she paused and said "you don’t have to buy any, I just want you to know what’s all available" that felt like such a breath of fresh air from constantly being upsold services. Today was my actual service day and when I walked in everyone was so kind, smiling and welcoming. Kylie serviced me and she took her time, didn’t make me feel rushed and talked me through the process. I didn’t have any irritation or burns afterward and was really nervous about that as brown skin girlie. Would definitely recommend this spa! I can’t speak to the hair growth yet but customer service was a 10/10 experience overall!

Kylie is an absolute doll! She takes her time and thoroughly goes through each section with care. She always has a clear game plan, which makes the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I absolutely love getting my laser treatments done by her highly recommend!

It's a big scam. They will sign with your name on the membership without any email or notification message . They argue for saying its been sign by the member of our family, which is not true. Cheating customers taking money from the account after the course has been done and without any notification or email they keep just taking money silently. When we observe the card has been charged, and ask them they will say we have signed on membership which is not true and somebody from that team signed my name without informing. Very rude and no patience and after knowing its their mistake still they argue with us and not refunding the money. They give the credits after the whole treatment is over. They have done everything and saying we have signed which is not true. Didn't expect that they go this low.. Very disappointed

LOVE THIS PLACE. From the front desk girls to the manager Bree. They make you feel so welcomed. The attention to detail and treatment from Amanda is exceptional. She has such a sweet personality. I’m quite shy about my body and she always makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place because not all MedSpas are created equal.

Kylie is the one who does my treatments and she’s AWESOME!!! She always makes sure to get all the spots when I do my laser hair removal and she does an excellent job!! I love the results I’ve been getting and it’s all thanks to her!
