Had an MRI for the first time. My experience was a good one. Abby, took great care a was very reassuring as I was a bit nervous. The noises weren’t so bad, it was the closed in feeling of being in the machine. Again, Abby was very kind and made me as comfortable as possible.

Doctor A. Miller in dermatology is amazing. She puts you right at ease. She is kind, considerate, helps you make choices for your comfort level while looking out for your best outcome and health. Her staff is excellent as well.

I was met by staff in the lobby before my appointment time and had no wait time before a doctor arrived. Dr. Israel gave me good advice about pros and cons of a steroid injection to deal with pain in my left thumb joint and I decided to have the injection. I was given information about what to expect after the injection and also how to follow up with Dr. Israel in the future. A very good visit.

We can't complain about the service we had there, but we took off work to make the appointment fully expecting to see the surgeon, and 10 minutes before the appointment we got a call stating the surgeon wasn't available. Now we're going to have to pay another copay to speak with the surgeon directly. We were told that the surgeon was caught at some airport somewhere and I would have thought that they would have known that earlier than 10 minutes before the appointment. So not only did this cost an extra $50 it cost the money and time in the car because we're 45 minutes away and our time is valuable. We only hope that in the future schedules are looked at first thing in the morning and if there's scheduling problems that patients are called with plenty of time to cancel original appointments. For this reason I'm only giving a score of three stars.

Dr. Gander and team are outstanding ⭐️ Thorough, caring, and funny! The facility is pretty slick since X-rays are right down the hall from Orthopedics.

She is thorough, professional, and takes the time to explain things clearly in a way that makes patients feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Cotter’s approachable manner made me feel at ease right away, and I truly appreciated how carefully she listened to my concerns and addressed them with both expertise and compassion. Her attention to detail and patient centered approach reflect the highest standards of care. I would highly recommend Dr. Cotter to anyone seeking dermatologic care in the Madison area.
