Taisha in the OT Department is both personable and highly knowledgeable. She provided a wealth of helpful information to assist me with managing my painful arthritis. I was also sent home with three different braces, tailored for each hand. Great experience! So glad I came here.

Check Your Bills! Visit on Sept 11, 2025 with Sara Anderson-Kim, APNP-CNP for an ear exam/quick wax cleaning. No foreign body. No anesthesia. Yet I was first billed under a surgical-type code (incision/foreign-body removal), then "corrected" to CPT 69200 (foreign-body removal, no general anesthesia)—still not what happened. In plain English: they coded my quick wax cleaning like a procedure you’d associate with cutting out a foreign object, then switched to foreign-body ear removal. Neither matches the visit, and the price ballooned—nearly $1,000 on my end because my deductible isn’t met. Since Oct 13, I’ve repeatedly asked for three basics and been ignored as of Nov 3: • Chart note from Sara Anderson-Kim describing exactly what was done and to which ear(s) • Itemized claim (all CPTs/modifiers/diagnoses/place of service) • Coding supervisor’s rationale for using foreign-body codes There was no disclosure during the visit that an additional, separately billable procedure beyond the office exam was being done. At my follow-up, the process suddenly changed—another person sat in and I was told anything "more" would be extra billing. That says a lot. Patients deserve accurate coding, clear financial disclosure before any extra procedures, and timely responses—not surgical-style codes for a wax cleaning and weeks of silence. I’ll update this review if they provide the records and correct the claim. Until then: check your bills, and demand documentation before you pay.

The worst people run this place. No idea what insurance they accept, no idea what doctors work there, just clueless in every single aspect. Unable to answer the most basic questions. They try to get you to come in for an appointment without telling you anything, just 'come in and when it is time to bill, we will find out if we take your insurance' ???? What, just clueless! Not a good way to inspire confidence in potential patients.

Came to urgent care today for my sick toddler, as we were visiting from out of town. There was a bit of a wait (30 min.) but it was understandable given the number of people there. And the nurse and PA that saw us were very helpful, listened well, explained things clearly, and were very friendly towards my child (which can be hard to come by if you go to a non-pediatric specific practice!).

A note of gratitude to Tully at SSM Health West Madison. He provided invaluable assistance to my elderly father yesterday, by providing a wheelchair and helping him navigate getting in and out of the car and into the health center. He showed kindness and compassion that made a challenging day for my Dad a little brighter. Thank you, Tully!

I got a physical and labs done here a month ago that was fine. I wanted to log into my chart to review the results again but I was having issues. I called their my chart help desk and I was on hold for an hour and a half. I dont think anyone works at that desk. I hung up!

I have been a patient at this location since it opened. The staff are always professional, efficient and polite. Over the years, I have used many of the departments, always satisfied with the services and staff. The location is convenient for my commute to the city.
