Stanford General Dermatology Clinic in Los Altos

This clinic has got to be the RUDEST AND MOST RIDICULOUS clinic ever. They have a 10 min grace period and then if you are even 11 min late (which I was) they mark you as a no show and ban you from being seen - treating their patients like punished children. There was no call from them on their end to see if I was on my way and no one answered the phone when I called to make sure they knew I was facing traffic and on my way. I drove all the way from San Ramon during my work day to make this appt and then was treated like I had leprosy when I arrived. There is no mention of this 10 minute grace period any where when booking the appt. Dr. Gina Park Kwon should seriously evaluate her front desk employees and all should beware of this provider.
