I have been coming to Bloom for a few years. I’ve gotten facials from Alyssa 5 times and she is amazing! She helped me get my skin flawless for my wedding last year. She is so kind, patient and educational. She gives you the option to just relax or have her walk you through the steps and explain all of the products she uses and their benefits. All of the staff at Bloom are so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend going and getting a facial from Alyssa!

I had an amazing experience with Elle today! She is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and truly cares about her work. Her technique was precise, gentle, and thorough, making the entire process as comfortable as possible. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and Elle is definitely one of them. She was also so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciate her dedication and the effort she puts into making sure everything is done perfectly. Thank you, Elle! I’ve loved my experience at Bloom but especially Alyssa! I’ve been seeing her for my Brazilian for a few years now and I followed her to Bloom - I won’t go to anyone else! The one time I had to go to another person last minute, I instantly regretted it. I’d follow her anywhere! She’s turned what’s typically an uncomfortable process into a surprisingly pleasant one. I don’t dread coming to these appointments because she makes them seamless and as painless as possible. Alyssa is kind, personable, and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend!

What a lovely little place! I had my first facial here with Elle, it was incredible. She had a very gentle touch but when it came to massaging, she applied the perfect amount of pressure. She also did extractions amazingly, I’m really bad with pain but I had no issues with how she did them. She explained every product she used which was helpful, and also took the time after to recommend products for my skin type. I felt so welcomed and warm here, and left incredibly relaxed. I can’t wait for my next session!

I’ve been seeing Kally Jeer for about 7 months and my skin has never been better! Facials with her are always relaxing and I leave with my skin glowing. She is always helpful in suggesting products I should add to my routine and she and the whole team at Bloom are so kind and professional. Highly recommend Bloom and Kally!

I had my first (and last) facial here yesterday and it was a mediocre experience. The spa bed where I was to lie had creases, underneath the blanket (the portion that is not covered seemed done), when we started. The bed seemed to be ‘done’ but in a halfhearted manner. I decided to ignore the sign. The facial itself was not bad, the person was nice, but after the facial I was asked to leave in a rather explicit manner, because apparently she had ‘another client waiting’. When I dressed up and left, I could sense no presence of anyone else in any other room, nor was there anyone waiting in the reception. On the whole, it felt like a factory and not a spa.I won’t be going again and would not recommend anyone else this place.

I didn’t want my facial to end! Bloom was easy and accommodating to schedule with. Alyssa was very knowledgeable and talented. And I got to leave feeling relaxed with glowing skin. Can’t wait to go back 🙂
