This office is filled with smart, kind and hard working people. Linda, especially, made a potentially nerve racking experience, feel easy. She was patient and kind. Promptly returned calls or text. Answered all of my questions and concerns quickly. On surgery day she told me she'd be with me throughout the surgery. She was. Post op, Linda has been as attentive. She is an asset to this office.

They charged my insurance with duplicate claims a year ago causing me to have to pay out of network. I have called them literally at least 50 times in the past year explaining their error and that they need to fix it or at least refund me in the meantime since it’s their error. They say there’s no error or say they will escalate the issue and get back to me but they never do. And will not give me my money back. They charged my card electronically without even giving me a bill which if they had I could’ve shown them immediately that the charge was wrong. They don’t even keep track of their claims because now they’re saying they only submitted one. I’ve asked them to fix the claim so I can see on my insurance side there’s 3 submissions, they’re just all wrong. Their billing/insurance department is completely unhelpful. My insurance has also tried to call them and it is still not resolved. I had been going here for close to a year and nothing bad to say about the doctors but the practice overall lost me as a customer after this billing issue and them not resolving their own mistakes that cost me $150.

I love going to Berman in Los Altos for my hair and skin treatments. Linda is always welcoming and super helpful when it comes to discussing treatment options. She really goes the extra mile to get you the best offers and her customer service is excellent!! 5 Stars 🌟

Well, the appointment with the doctor was absolutely excellent but the nurse forgot to check on me after when put the cold towels on my face during the very end of the treatment. The towels soaked my shirt and the nurse never came back to check on me. I finely had to leave in order to go to a meeting. This was not a good feeling and very unprofessional behavior. I called later and the nurse apologized.

I had a consultation with Linda and Dr. Kojouri regarding hair thinning, and they recommended PRP treatment. Linda made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to move forward. She was patient, attentive, and truly listened to my needs.

I had my hair transplant procedure done at the Berman Skin Institute nine months ago today and I could not be happier with the results so far. My only regret was that I didn’t do it years ago. From the initial consultation through to the follow-up calls I could not be happier with the way the procedure went. Dr. Kojouri and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish.

Getting my fillers for my first time, I was a little nervous but Thao was very professional and walked me through everything and made sure I felt completely at ease. She made my whole experience so easy and comfortable. I'm in love with my results. Highly recommend Thao.
