Visited the Lorain Office. The Staff at the office were all wonderful and very welcoming. I was seen by Maggie McKernan and she was very Pleasant, Patient and Thorough in answering my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel rushed through. Thank you Maggie and Staff.

I love how friendly the people are here & how fast & efficient they are! They make me feel comfortable and like I can open up to them & not have to worry about any judgement! My questions get answered and they help me understand what I don’t! I love Apex! Will definitely recommend others! Thank you for all your hard work & dedication that you all give to your patients!

Went to my eye Dr 2x and a walk in clinic 2x and was on many different meds that weren't helping and probably made things worse besides the home remedies I was trying. Went to see this Dr and she prescribed me 2 medications and I'll tell ya what, literally within hours I had already seen a difference!! I am so thankful and grateful they were able to get me in so quickly with it being the holiday season! She was so very nice as well as the staff! Thank you!

I LOVE THIS OFFICE & ALL IT'S STAFF!! The lobby is gorgeous & clean. I didn't wait long at all. The staff was so welcoming & friendly, yet professional! My whole visit, from start to finish was EXCELLENT!! I WILL RECOMMEND APEX SKIN-LORAIN TO EVERYONE I KNOW!! AND, TELL THEM TO PASS IT ON!!

Kait is awesome! I had a skin tag exactly under my eye. She used cryotherapy to remove it. Felt after 6 days! Excellent! High class Customer Service. Thank you Kait!

I was given the option of same day appointment but scheduled a week out, so that was convenient. I didn't wait long at all, probably 7 minutes. Both of the women were quick and efficient and great at explaining things. The whole appointment was fast and great and they were all super friendly, even the girl at the front desk.

Wow, Amazing, Above and Beyond exceptional experience! Apex staff has compassion for people, listen to understand, asks questions to explore further for understanding and explain the direction needed and why it’s needed. From the receptionists, to the nursing staff and the care provider. I felt welcomed, supported and encouraged by every single interaction throughout my visit. I walked in to the office to inquire about becoming a new patient. I had an appointment immediately! Other dermatology offices have been months to wait to get started for a first appointment. By far the best experience, I am looking forward to the return for my next appointment.
