Excellent office visit today at Lorain office right from the start. Receptionist was pleasant and kind for my check-in and medical assistant Cassie was friendly and thorough. PA-C Valerie is wonderful to work with, totally professional. Condition is explained in easy-to-understand terms. She's very respectful and answered all questions.

Best dermatologist I have seen she was the nicest PA. Took my worries in to account and put them all to rest. Thank you very much Also very timely I was out quick but not too quick. Once again thank you very very much

I have been a patient of Dr. Engstrom for about 10+ years and he has been very professional and concerning about my health. He always said that if I had a problem with my meds to contact him. If I could leave zero stars I would have called several times to set up an appointment no response they do not text you when you leave a message that’s very unprofessional am looking for a new dermatologist and was happy to see this office is literally up the street from me but when you don’t return phone calls/texts that says a lot very rude!

The paperwork at the desk was done in an efficient and friendly manner, and Valerie examined me and explained everything clearly. I will be back.
