i saw nichole for a full body skin exam and she was so kind! she really made me feel cared for with how thorough she was, and she answered my questions and offered reassurance on moles/freckles. i’d never had a skin check before, but she was fun to talk to and made me forget about being self conscious. i will stay on top of regular dermatology appointments with her!

I had a great experience today as a first time patient at Altitude Dermatology in Longmont. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, and Nichole Hart FNP-BC, who conducted my skin exam, was obviously quite competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great way of explaining what she was seeing. My observation over the years is that this area of Colorado is under served by dermatologists, so it's nice to have such a great practice where you don't have to wait many months to get an appointment. After bouncing around between several area dermatology offices for care, I feel like I finally found one where I'm happy to become a regular patient.

My son and I walked into Nichole’s office feeling defeated, unsure of what to expect but hopeful to get answers. She sat and listened then gave us what feels like a chance at a new beginning. My PA-C Eric Krinsky is highly skilled, knowledge and friendly. The entire staff, front desk and medical staff are lovely. I'm grateful for this team and highly recommend if you need dermatology services in Longmont.

I see Dr. Baack every 3 months for skin cancer follow up (melanoma) after mohs surgery removal by him. He's an absolute specialist in his field and so glad I made my original appointment with him after not trusting another dermatologist having looked at the same spot. Absolutely recommend him to anyone.
