Simply the best. Saw Dr. Baird and her assistant Esperanza for a 6-month skin check (due to previous basal cell adventures). As always, both were familiar with my history, asked probing questions and then listened carefully to the answers. Dr. Baird is consistently thorough and thoughtful in her exam and recommendations. Left with clear instructions and feeling very well cared for. Appreciate this practice group very much.

I made an appointment with this provider and ended up getting in sooner with a different provider. I thought that I had canceled the original appointment. I didn’t receive a reminder of the appointment until 30 minutes before appointment time . I immediately called to say that I truly thought that it was canceled given that no other reminders came 24-48 hours before (which is normal reminder protocol ) which certainly would have prompted me that I had not cancelled it .. they said that I was going to have to pay $50 for missing the appointment ( which was also not stated when I made the appointment). I have received multiple communications( serious 3 in 1 week) about the $50, so feels a bit like a set up if they don’t remind of the appointment as a means to get the $50. Pretty shady business practice . I have no issue with the fee for missing an appointment but only if I had been given appropriate reminders and still not communicating that I couldn’t make it. This is not right

Dr Baird is wonderful!!!!! It’s amazing what she can do with Botox lol. This last time it had been a while since I had gone and the results were fabulous and I felt SO pretty and young again and went to the grocery store and even a woman working there said hello and then stopped and told me how beautiful I was!!!! I kid you not.

Dr. Warren is awesome - really took the time to listen and respond to all of my concerns! Entire team is super responsive and helpful! Highly recommend

How this practice even has 4 stars is beyond me. I have scheduled a surgery procedure twice now and every time right before surgery they call and cancel on me. First time because the doctor left the practice… (interesting so sudden) and now second time with no explanation just something with the provider. I get things come up but we schedule months in advance do to the availability then schedule time off work and what ever else needs to be arranged for it to be continuously canceled. Save your money and go to a practice that cares about you and your time.

Dermatology Center of the Rockies is top notch! I have seen Dr. Baird and Tracy for over 10 years! The staff is always polite and efficient. I 100% recommend this practice!

I have been going here for years. I’ve experienced changes in doctors & surgeons and have been pleased with them all. The office has never made an error with appointments, billing or insurance. I feel very established, and will keep traveling over 200 miles one way for my twice a year appointments.
