I had a great experience at Livonia Skin and Vein Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the office was clean, well‑organized, and efficiently run with very little wait time. Leah and Dana were especially wonderful. They took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained what to expect, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuinely caring approach made a noticeable difference and helped put me completely at ease. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. Overall, the experience was smooth and positive from start to finish. It’s clear that Leah, Dana, and the entire team truly care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. I would absolutely recommend Livonia Skin and Vein Center to anyone looking for excellent service and attentive, compassionate care.

I had been following Dr. Eric Seiger’s work for over seven years and was consistently impressed with the HourLift results. After seeing hundreds of before-and-afters and even speaking with several clients who had the same procedure at Skin & Vein, every single person I talked to was absolutely overjoyed with their results and with Dr. Seiger himself. They all looked beautiful and felt even better inside. I’m from Indiana, but I finally took the leap and traveled to Livonia, Michigan, to have my face and neck lifted—without the long recovery time. It was truly the best decision I’ve ever made. My deep wrinkles, jowling, and "turkey neck" are gone! The HourLift easily restored 15 to 20 years to my appearance and I’m 67 . Skin & Vein has the most incredible team of nurses and staff I’ve ever encountered. They made me feel so comfortable, cared for, and genuinely special throughout the entire process. Everyone in the office was very friendly from my initial call to my first visit. Met with a lovely esthetician (😫 I can’t remember her name) who thoroughly explained what procedure I was interested in and answered all my questions. Looking forward to my next appointment.

My experience was awesome. The doctor and staff are always friendly and welcoming. I live over an hour away but don’t mind the drive because of the care I receive. I’m very happy with the results of a few different procedures that I’ve had. I will continue to use them for all of my skin care needs!

The staff here are very friendly and polite. Wait times are short, and their treatments are reasonably priced. I have been for laser and chemical peel treatments and love the results! 😊

Google limited what I could say so I will hit the highlights: 1. DISHONEST- I was told I would get a free chemical peel and Skin & Vein would get me back to my hotel after the procedure was done. Neither happened. 2. UNPROFESSIONAL- The employees don't introduce themselves or tell you their credentials. The lady that gave me my medicines didn't even know what they were. The atmosphere was not sterile at all and the person assisting wore just plain scrubs and a lab coat. 3, UNCARING- I laid on a hard cold table freezing with my back hurting while listening to the doctor sing at the pitch of his lungs in the room next door. Never offered extra blankets or a wedge or pillow under my knees. When he finally did come to my room, the doctor had them turn the (very weird) music up SO LOUD and sang along with it. He was very rough with pushing and pulling my head to position it. They did not speak TO me during the procedure but spoke OVER the top of me about food and football. 3. RUSHED ME OUT The doctor came back in jeans and never said goodbye or thank you or anything, just that he had to be in San Diego the next day. It's ALL ABOUT MONEY to them, I was made to leave the treatment room after a short time and go to the big waiting room, where nobody ever checked on me. They were supposed to have arranged transportation back to my hotel but I was forced to get my own Uber despite being on medication that made me vulnerable. Thank God nothing happened. 4. RESULTS: I look as old and haggard as I did before except now I have significant scarring and a big bald spot. Nothing was done to the main areas I was concerned about, marionette lines and jowls. Nope still there as much as before. This was a horrible experience and I am left LITERALLY scarred for life. Do your research and even if it costs a little more, go to a professional PLEASE. I have been almost suicidal the month since I have had this done. It's truly humiliating on so many levels.
