Would've never came here if I would've read the reviews first. I was told I wouldn't have to do anything that made me uncomfortable, like a invaginal ultrasound. Then she schedules me one. Which I did not go to. When I called the front desk the man that answered the phone seemed like he was to busy laughing and chatting instead of reaching the doctor who he told me would call me back. That never happened. She couldn't even diagnose my issue after a full exam.

The staff was ok. One guy the works the front desk is always nice and speaks and handles himself very well. On the other hand. I had surgery to take my tubes out and to remove endometriosis. However after surgery I only went back for my check up and let him know I was having complications like bleeding for over 30days on the new birth control he prescribed. He didn’t check my uterus or even touch me just prescribed me more strong birth control. After surgery he didn’t even want to give me a doctors note to be off work no days. Not even one day. The lady on the phone when I called for one basically chuckled when she came to tell me he said he didn’t think I needed one. I had to explain I just had surgery and you expect me to go back and stand on my feet for 8 hours and walk in circles in the lab all while newly cut and bleeding from front to back. I felt unheard and like how most doctors do. Ignore the black women complaints because we seem to over exaggerated because we are suppose to be built for pain. Anyways I’m still having complications but stop taking the birth control and it got a little better. Hope I’m the only person with a story like this. Stay blessed

One star for the fishes, one for Kaitlyn who no longer works there but was the last reason I came to this location. I had an 11 am appt and a women came in after me for an 11:15. I showed up maybe 11:01. They called the woman after me at 11:10 while I still sat and waited. I had to get one shot that is pre-scheduled every 3 months. Since I’ve been coming here for more than a year you’d think they’d realize I do have a baby at home and these appointments are tricky to make as it is. I miss Kaitlyn and since she’s gone I’ll go over to the Beech Daly location from now on. The office is cleaner and the men and women are much more responsive and caring. Stick with Dr. Cooper if you do go here. I don’t recommend having Dr. Herman look after you.

Is this location still in business? No one answers the phone. I've been a patient for 10 years and am being forced to leave it appears. I've been trying to book an appointment for the past month. Great doctors, horrible business practices. The office needs new management and staff to better support the wonderful doctors and their patients.

Had two appointments canceled by them. The third appointment I had car trouble and when I tried calling, it just sent me to a full mailbox over and over again. I get a letter in the mail Days later saying that I had missed my appointment. Yeah I know I tried letting you guys know but your mailbox is full. Now several weeks later trying to rebook, same problem mailbox full. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love the doctors here! I never feel rushed, even if I have a lot of questions and they genuinely listen and make me feel confident that we are on the same page. I've been rotating between three doctors (they do this during pregnancy so you are comfortable with all of the doctors) and I've never had a bad experience. Occasionally (not always the case), it is difficult to reach an actual person by phone if you have a question, but if you leave a message, they will call you back. Or I recommend sending a message (if it's not urgent) through myBeaumontChart. The office is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They strictly adhere to all COVID guidelines, so I've felt very safe.

All of the doctors here are wonderful. Most of the nurses are pretty nice as well, but oh my goodness the receptionists are terrible here. There have been a few days that I call at all times of the day, just trying to get ahold of someone and NO ONE will answer. Have to sit on the phone for 5 minutes, goes to voicemail, and no one ever returns my calls. I am pregnant and have been spotting with possible infection, I sent a message and Dr. Herman requested I call the office to move my appointment up ASAP, and they DO NOT ANSWER. Absolutely impossible to get ahold of them, and I can't just leave work to drive 25 minutes to go and talk to them.
