Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

My experience at this practice was extremely uncomfortable. For starters, Takirah’s nursing assistant, Michaela, I believe, was very oblivious. She questioned the clerk/receptionist about whether I had been seen at the practice before, as I sat 10 feet away and was the only person in the small waiting room. I found that to be uncomfortable, obtuse, and so utterly unprofessional. Why would you not ask me? I’m right there? Wouldn’t I know? And yes, she confirmed I was the patient before deferring to the receptionist about MY previous care. Then Takirah… my my my… She stared into my soul the entire time I was there just like this. Maybe it’s some form of wrinkle prevention or something but it felt like she was going for telepathy. She did not mind my personal space either. She was in my bubble throughout the entire visit. I was so uncomfortable I laughed and she had the audacity to ask "What’s funny?". I forgot the word for derma-planing and made a gesture for it with my hands to my face and she asked me "What’s are you doing with your hands?". As a practitioner who works in a hospital with a team of PA’s, I was astounded. Then to make matters even worse , the student, Michaela, sat in on my appointment and Takirah did not at all ask me if I was okay or comfortable with that. Then to make matters even worse (as if they could get worse with that absolute violation of privacy) she then trained the student at the end of my appointment as if I was still not sitting right there. It was crazy. I would not recommend her. She doesn’t seem to have any social boundaries or awareness.

I had a wonderful experience at my dermatology appointment. I went in to have a fibroma removed and was feeling a little nervous, but the entire staff immediately put me at ease. Everyone was kind, professional, and reassuring. A special thank you to PA Mallory Sheridan, who was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, was gentle throughout the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her calm and caring demeanor truly made all the difference. I’m very grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dermatologic care.

The front and back office team were very kind and helpful. The PA I saw was also knowledgeable. Being a RN, I am familiar with skin conditions and I believe that her diagnosis and treatment plan will be successful.

I really like PA Mallory, she takes the time to explain things and answer all of your questions. The wait time is about average to see the Dr. I also like the receptionist who has been there a long time, she's very thorough with making appt issues.

I was delighted that I could receive an appointment so quickly after identifying a skin irritation on my eye lid. Dr. Olds examined the issue and was able to administer treatment immediately. I'm thankful for her expertise.

I felt the doctor listened to my concerns. A couple of areas were not addressed. I have a lot of little concerns. Overall the appointment went well. I felt comfortable with the new doctor. (Forgot her name ..oops ). Merry Christmas

I highly recommend Mallory in particular. I greatly appreciate the staff’s friendliness, kindness, and attention to detail too. Overall, a great experience with direct answers to all of my questions.
