Hayden Franks Dermatology is the best you will come across! They do not have 10 doctors with 20 people in the waiting room. He is a single practicing dermatologist and his staff is the best. You may be the only one in the waiting room. You will find that you will get in and out very quickly and feel very confident about your visit. No need to look any further, trust me this guy is fantastic. A+ A+ A+!

It is inconceivable that Dr. Franks would ever receive a rating lower than 5 stars. He is patient but meticulous and has kept my shin cancer in check for 20 years. You can truest him fully with your skin care.

I was referred to Dr Franks by my allergist. Had 3-4 moles and places I wanted checked out. The office was very pretty, comfortable and the wait was not bad but was about 15 minutes off. The nurse called me back and asked me basic questions like what I was there for and I asked do I need to remove my clothes and have a gown on? The answer was no and the doctor will be right in. Dr Franks came in with his beautiful olive skinned nurse ( his wife is the check out receptionist so I’m not suggesting anything). He quickly looked at my moles ( not sure how well) and was almost out the door when I said can you give me some of this cream ( steroid cream ). I had some pesky poison ivy. He said I’ll write you for something better. I was out of the office in a snap. I read he’s been a dermatologist for 20 years so I’m sure he knows what he’s doing but I personally would feel reassured if he would have said this is a ? And it’s benign ( kinda explained his thinking process a little while he’s working and looking). Overall I gave the whole experience a 4 star. I saw Dr Franks in May 2018

I had a great experience with Dr. Franks and his nurse. I felt welcome and he made sure to make my family (who was tagging along with me) feel welcome as well. Dr. Franks is top-notch.

my experience with this doctor and his staff was horrible. I took my daughter in because her hair has been coming out since Feb. When we first walked we didn't feel welcomed against my better judgment I decided to stay because I was hopeful we would get some answers. we were called backed the nurse was pleasant. Once Dr. franks entered is when the experience got bad. He looked at one spot in my daughters head told her she had alopecia and it was a slim chance of regrowth. He suggested we buy some Rogaine and he left the room. I was not pleased with the way things went so I didn't stop there I scheduled another appointment with a different doctor who took the time to draw blood. The results came back and my daughter DID NOT have alopecia. Happy to say that hair is starting to grow back and she is a happy teenager again.

Fancy place. Probably good for old people. He never told me what was wrong with my skin even after I directly asked him what the condition was called he never answered the question. Prescribed me a cream that my insurance wouldn't cover (he knew that). Told me he couldn't do anything for me. I waited 2 months for my appointment.
