I was referred to Dr. Garrett Nelson by a family member and couldn’t be more grateful. On my first visit he removed several pre-cancer spots and biopsied a spot on my chest, which came back as basal cell. Dr. Nelson performed Mohs surgery and completely removed the cancer. He and his nurse, Jaycie, were professional, reassuring, and made the entire process very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and my wait time was less than 10 minutes. If you have any concerning spots on your skin, I highly recommend Dr. Nelson for exceptional care.

Great experience with Dr Lipke who was very thorough with her exam. I have had a lot of skin cancer in my family + years of being at the lake or beach! Highly recommend Dr Lipke. I appreciate the extra time she took with me!

Dr. Rebecca Dennison is professional, polite, and has a great demeanor and attitude. Her Nurse is also awesome.

I took my 17 y/o son due to a couple of issues. I had reservations because I couldn't find a dermatologist in my ethnic group who I know will be more knowledgeable of our skin and hair follicles, etc. Since I had no choice, I went with this clinic. His appointment was with Lindsay Lipke. Reception area staff was very nice. The nurse was also nice (I think her name was Chelsea). Then, enter Lindsay, who behaved as if we'd disturbed her lunch since she was chewing and picking her teeth upon entering the room. She seemingly barely wanted to touch my son; she was quite dismissive even shrugging her shoulders and rolling her eyes (as if to exhibit her thought of, "oh, well just get over it and deal with it) when I emphasized an issue should not be happening to him. She then spoke as if we were idiots. She was in and out in about THREE minutes. I will NEVER return to this clinic as, just as my reticence forewarned, she could not empathize, seemingly wasn't really connecting to him, my son nor I were "heard", and were pretty much dismissed.

Dr. Abbie Schrekbnhofer was great! Good bedside manner and very sweet. She made everything easy. I got two moles removed and didn’t feel anything at all. She also helped my 11 yr old son. We all like her and plan to see her from here on. Also the check in staff and nurse were sweet and approachable and I liked the virtual check in on the tablet.

I debated whether to write this review or not. Many of the reviews looked so positive, so I thought I would have a good experience also. I did not. Everyone was nice and cordial. I wish they would have been more personable. I got a good impression in their waiting room. Checking in and completing paperwork seemed pretty normal. I can't remember seeing so many employees behind the main desk at any medical facility. My wife and I were ushered back after a short wait. The attendant who was asking questions preparing me to see the doctor was nice, very straightforward and to the point. When the doctor came in is where the disappointment began. Dr. Lindsay Lipke spent maybe 2 minutes with me if that long. When she walked in, she walked between me and my wife, introduced a shadowing resident and her assistant came in and closed the door. It was as if Dr. Lipke had already determined my diagnosis. She looked at me with crossed arms and didn't even touch me. She stood maybe 3 feet away. She was pretty direct and not very personable. Maybe Dr. Lipke was having a bad day. I saw some negative reviews on Dr. Lipke, afterwards, on another review site. My wife was furious to put it lightly, afterwards going to the elevator. My wife said we are definitely not going back to her again. I received a text from my pharmacy later in the day. I called the pharmacy to find out what the text was about. The pharmacy said Dr. Lipke called in a prescription. I had no idea. Remember, I'm trying to write a review that anyone can read. If I could give Negative Stars, below Zero Stars, I would.

I've been under Dr. Smith's care in the Pine Bluff clinic. He and his staff have always treated me with dignity and respect. Remembering who I am from one visit to another is refreshing compared to just being treated like cattle at your doctor's office. His candor and honesty in discussing my treatment allow me to talk openly and freely with him. He has only been late for one of my appointments in my several years seeing him - which I appreciate as much as anything else since my time is just as valuable to me as his is to him. Thank you, Dr. Smith and staff!
