Friendly and informative staff. Short wait time. Dr Tej is very personable. He listened carefully and looked me straight in the eye during our conversation. He is certainly knowledgeable and I trusted his advice. I am going again for my next skin cancer evaluation.

I’m grateful to have been referred to Dr. Tej Mudigonda. Dr. Mudigonda, his technician, nurses and receptionist are great. The whole team is competent, listens, answers any question, is caring and inspires confidence.

EDIT: I am currently changing my review, I have been working with this institute to remedy my scarring and I am hopeful for their gameplan. I hope to increase my review again at the end of the process. I would like to commend the doctor and his team for working with me through this. AVOID. The staff was very friendly, but I went in for a cosmetic procedure and left with scars that were larger than the original area.

We are so pleased with Integrated Skin Institute, Lebanon,Tn. My husband and I had our first skin check with Dr. Tej Mudigonda a couple weeks ago and we are thrilled that Lebanon finally has a choice with our skin care. For far too long, one group (CSD) has dominated our area regarding skin care and cosmetic options. Finally, patients have a choice, not just an option but a GREAT one at that. Dr.Tej is very knowledgeable and has the best personality too. We both had a complete skin check with a few spots frozen. He and his staff explained other treatment options that they provide as well. Integrated Skin has two locations, Nashville and Lebanon. The Lebanon clinic is conveniently located right across from Vanderbilt UMC on Baddour Pkwy. I recommend this office for all your skin care needs. It’s not your typical" CORPORATE" style of care that we are all so tired of. They treat their patients like family not like an assembly line. My wife and I visited the practice for a full body skin check. The staff and doctor were friendly, professional, informative and easy-going. We will return to discuss aesthetics in the near future.

Great service, they were very accommodating for my 3 and 7 year old boys. They took care of the issues and we have been happy ever since we made the decision to go there. Everyone was very friendly, and they have a nice little coffee bar!
