6/10 staff was kind& helpful with appt system issue. Doc was nice but it felt very much like just being moved thru the conveyor belt. Maybe I have high expectations of knowledgeable engagement. Wasn’t bad just wasn’t an experience that made me feel like anything I couldn’t do myself except write a script. I’m also hesitant to say when it comes to skin, it’d be nice to have access to doc that have more experience with melanated skin and its uniqueness. Tho admittedly tough to find in this area all together it seems, but that would set you apart.

The professional aspect of my treatment was great, but, due to nature of the treatment, we were faced with a lengthy time of waiting for results. Unfortunately, the waiting room was so cold that not only were other patients complaining of the cold, but others were actually going our to their cars to get warmed up rather than sitting in the cold waiting room. Despite the complaints being made known to the staff, it didn't appear that much was being done to remedy the uncomfortable temperature.

Dr. Tidwell and his nurse Julie were truly an A-TEAM!!! They were very kind and professional. They explained how the procedure was going to go and it was over in no time. I was in and out in about an hour. They were both very knowledgeable, very quick and very efficient. I would highly recommend Cumberland Skincare and especially Dr Tidwell and Nurse Julie to anyone needing an outpatient surgical procedure!!

Tess is amazing! I feel no anxiety when she checks me over or any pre cancer growths, fillers etc! She truly cares and takes her time to do things right!

Large practice. Easy accessible from our home in nashville, took me 35 minutes. Nice staff, easy electronic med history on a tablet. Doctor David Roffwarg was so professional: answered all my questions plus more. So pleased with my visit

The people at Cumberland skin and Dermatology are very professional and friendly. They all are knowledgeable and will do what it takes to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The ladies that I dealt with there were extremely professional Dr Julie Countess, and Bethany. We actually had a funny conversation the whole time that she was stitching me up to make me feel more comfortable. I'm very glad I went there. And if I needed to go back again that is where I would go,
