Worst experience here EVER. The receptionist was the only highlight. I came in for chronic tonsillitis. The MA was extremely rude for no reason even after wishing her a good night. Got blood work done testing for mono, was told I’d get a call in the morning. Never did. The doctor sent my prescription to a different pharmacy than I usually go to because the others were closed. When I arrived they didn’t have it I waited there an hour and it was never sent over. I went back to the pharmacy where to this day was never sent over. I have called multiple times to see if they could order it for me getting sent to voicemail each time. After leaving multiple voicemails I still haven’t had the prescription filled, gotten results from the blood test, nor a call back. I was also hounded about medical bills from when I was FOUR YEARS OLD as an adult. Will rather waste my money going to the emergency room than waste any time in Tanner Clinic again.

Highly suggest not going to this instacare for pediatric care. I Recently had an experience here for my 20 month old I thought I should share. We went in and saw Tatha Enz, I really don’t think she has great bedside manner with little kids, she’s rough on them and she also uses a lot of scare tactics. I left the instacare after seeing her for my child feeling more concerned than when I first walked in. She was trying to rush the visit, wanted to catheter my child (even thought this was not why I was there), told me if she wanted to properly look in my daughter’s ears she would really hurt her. It just was really bad. She also did not give me results of one of the tests and I talked to someone from Tanner clinic the following day to get them and they said no charting got done and the results were nowhere to be found. I even went into the instacare today in person and they went and asked the MA and they said they can’t find the results anywhere. This is super upsetting to me and feels very neglectful. I’ll never go there again if Tatha is the pediatric doctor.

Refused to treat urgent but non-emergency symptoms and referred me to the ER as the only option, despite the significant and unnecessary cost. This defeats the purpose of urgent care.

Wait times are a bit long sometimes, but they are doctors so what do you expect? I’ve always had good experiences. I can’t remember the name of the woman I saw a while ago but she was amazing.

Wow, the people here are just wonderful! The nurse Ally was great, the Doctor Told was great, and Olivia at the front desk was very kind. I lost my wallet and she actually helped me look for it! They were all kind, quick, and personable. I've been to a lot of clinics and doctors with my husband and at every one of them the doctors, nurses and receptionists have never been as great as this place. Always cold and quick to get us out, never thorough. I don't know about anyone else but that always bothers me. It was a breath of fresh air coming here. Thank you three for making a rough day better for us. 👍🏻

I came into urgent care with some feminine issues. I was feeling a bit embarrassed, but everyone there made me feel very comfortable and reassured me. I was in and out with a solution in under 1 hour, which is crazy fast for any medical appointment. Dr. Annemarie Christopulos was an absolute doll. She helped me with my problem, gave me advice moving forward and overall made me feel so much more comfortable.

Been sitting here for 2 hours and still nobody's here taking care of me, they take the money soon as you walk in , after that they can care less about you, I will never ever come back here again. Tanner clinic is going down a a very bad path. And your patient care advocates are completely useless.Complete waste of time.You need to get rid of all of them and hire new people. This is a new location and it only has three stars that says a lot.
