I wasn’t a patient being seen but I did come with my grandmother. Very nice office that smelled amazing and looked clean. All Staff were nice and respectful but the young lady that helped us her name was Alicia and she was great! You can tell she enjoys her job and her customer service is top tier. Great way to represent for your company! Once We were checked in we sat down and waited it was a older woman in a wheelchair and she kissed Alicia’s hand and she didn’t want to let go, it made me shed a tear she is touching so many lives and probably doesn’t realize it! Just wanted to share our experience! Thanks for all you do for our community!!!

Went for my first visit at KMC Dermatology today. I was referred by a friend and my expectations were exceeded! Amber and Alicia at the front desk were super welcoming and comforting from the second I walked in the door. I was a bit nervous and they helped me through every step of the way. Nakisha Guzman, MA, was very professional when getting my information at the beginning of the appointment, and helped calm my nerves. Overall, I’m very impressed and look forward to my next appointment with KMC Dermatology!

My dermatologist, Amanda Floyd? Love. Great job, great listener, super knowledgeable and direct. The front desk, faxing, etc is HORRIBLE. The front desk will automatically hang up and you have to call several times before it puts you on hold. Also, every single lab for spiro/accutane I’ve had them fax out has NEVER been received the first time. I’m not kidding you. Every single place (3 different labs) I confirm with kmc that they sent them over and every single time I’m told at the lab they haven’t received anything and I have to call and get the to resend it and it’s incredibly frustrating and wastes my time. Not only that, but then when the labs fax the results back over, kmc insists that they have not received them and I have to call the lab and get them to resend and I then their fax machine magically works the second time. It’s ridiculous. Been going here for years and it’s always the same. PLEASE replace the fax machine or fix your system. It’s incredibly frustrating and wastes so much of my time calling. It’s to the point where when I call my current lab at Watkins at KU, they automatically know that it’s KMC derm because they have so. many. issues. with their faxing and lab orders to the point that the receptionist their normally has their fax number memorized because of how much they have to re-send over. It’s to the point where I’m almost ready to say goodbye to my lovely dermatologist because of these issues. Please please fix KMC!

I tried to access the on-line portal and after several attempts, I gave up. I went by KMC (Lawrence) to get assistance, explained to the young AA, she was extremely nice; however, the female on the L with glasses pushed a leaflet toward me without even asking or assisting. "She asked if it asked for the code, told her, yes, I put in the J code three times and it kept asking me for the code." She should have tried to assist. Bad customer service. Customer service is a huge part of how the company provides services, a rude receptionist kills the need for other clients to feel welcome or the need to use their services, I can go to a different clinic. It only takes one person to ruin a positive experience. I pay my bill; she gets paid. I am not happy, I can go to another dermatology clinic and they get my payment. l tried calling serval times and they never once picked up the phone to answer or to bother returning my calls. What is wrong here? Again, customer service. 👉🏻I am a retired SM and worked with many soldiers, I’ll be darned if I left one out. You always assist to get further ahead. Performing your job with a ‘smile and understanding’ will take you far. You think, her job is hard, the military is not a cake walk BUT soldiers always came ‘first’ in a leadership role. Now, I believe I will be going elsewhere. It ONLY takes one. This is my first time coming here and unfortunately, it became a bad experience.

Dr. Charles Glass listens well to my concerns. The office staff are very polite. Through billing and scheduling issues they have been very helpful and thorough. Amber has always been very helpful and kind. I don't know the other office lady as well, but she always has a pleasant smile on her face.

Pleasant receptionist, Linda W. She helped me with my payment. I was having trouble and she assisted me to get information entered for me. Waiting room time was less than 10 minutes. Amanda Floyd is nice and personable. I only had to wait 5 minutes to see her. Professional approach was to point but sensitive. I will recommend this practice. Both were 5 star!

I had the gentle cure radiation treatment done as an alternative to the mohs procedure that I had had done before. A thousand times better! No pain, no cutting and no scars. Megan was great. She is prompt, friendly and really makes you feel at ease . It takes 20 visits, but they only last maybe 5 minutes each. After completion, I can’t imagine why anyone would choose to have the mohs procedure instead of gentle cure.
